Amy Gordon

Amy joined The Margie Halem Group with more than 15 years of sales experience across various industries. She founded U.R. Noteworthy, an online stationery and gift e- commerce site in 2000 which continues to thrive today. Her love of working with people and staying deeply involved with her community motivated her to turn her entrepreneurial spirit to real estate. Once you meet Amy, you will feel like you have met a trusted friend. Family, clients, colleagues and friends all describe Amy's laughter as "infectious". Amy prides herself on her commitment to personal attention and details, making you feel as if you are her only client. Amy has a B.A. in Recreation and Tourism Management from The University of Oregon and a M.A. in Education from Johns Hopkins University. Her past sales experience includes working for some of the most well-known companies in the country. She worked as a sales associate for The Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner in McLean, Virginia as well as for The Dallas Cowboys organization in Texas. Amy's experience and winning performance have been recognized many times over, yet while her professional accolades certainly mean a great deal, it is the loyal relationships with her trusting clientele that are most rewarding. Working closely with individual buyers, sellers and teammates enables Amy to keep her finger on the pulse of the Washington, D.C. marketplace. Amy is married to a native of Maryland and the mother of 2 growing boys. Amy and her family live in a wonderful home in Potomac. She is the Vice-President of the Cabin John Middle School PTSA Board. She also participates in many charitable organizations such as Cystic Fibrosis, Autism Speaks, as well as the Joseph Weinberg Early Childhood Learning Center Washington Hebrew Congregation. Justin's attention to detail, knowledge, personality, and contacts, paired with a strong background in the local new development process, help him evaluate and serve his client's needs in today's market from the concept to final sales phase. Justin believes that maintaining a high level of personal service and communication are fundamental throughout the real estate development process. His focus is on single and multi-unit new luxury development in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, as well as master planned new subdivisions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Justin is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park and is currently completing his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Justin believes that maintaining a high level of personal service and communication are fundamental throughout the real estate development process.

Leslie Fitzpatrick

Leslie Fitzpatrick has managed over $900 Million in new homes sales since 1998 for both National and private home builders. She managed over $300 Million in Corporate Sales with National Hotels between 1989 and 1998. She is extremely goal oriented and has surpassed sales goals every year since 1989. She has won numerous awards for sales and marketing excellence and is always focused on increasing company profits. Ms. Fitzpatrick has spent over 20 years in sales and marketing with hotel and new homes sales. She has always associated with companies that are leaders in their industry; such at The Ritz Carlton Hotel Companies, Hyatt Hotels, NVR, EYA, and Michael Harris Homes. She excels in leadership roles and providing solutions and processes. Her association with the NVBIA, GALA (MAME) Sales Achievement Committee and the Special Olympics commits Ms. Fitzpatrick to community involvement. Ms. Fitzpatrick has a degree in Business Management from National Louis University. A native of Helena, MT, Ma. Fitzpatrick currently resides in Rockville, MD with her family. She is dedicated to being a business leader and participating in community services. She has won numerous awards for sales and marketing excellence and is always focused on increasing company profits.

Lori Silverman

Lori Silverman began her successful real estate career in 1982 as one of Georgetown's leading young professionals. Lori encouraged her sister, Margie, to join her in the District of Columbia real estate market where she could learn the industry from highly respected professionals. After taking a few years off to raise her family, Lori joined the Margie Halem Group in 2011. Lori's endless energy, industry knowledge and high regard from her peers is a welcome addition to the Margie Halem Group. Lori is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
