• Senior Operations Manager for the Gulf

Mr. Waters is the Senior Operations Manager for the Gulf, Mid-Con, Permian and Rockies regions. He has been in the corrosion prevention industry for over 20 years. He came to MATCOR in 2016 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Gulf Operations Manager in 2018 then to his current role as Senior Operations Manager in 2023. He is an AMPP-certified cathodic protection technician (CP3) and has AMPP O-Cat accreditation. Mr. Waters holds an associates degree from Southeastern University.

• General Manager of Western Operations

As General Manager of Western Operations, Chuck Parrish covers all operations for the wide area of the Gulf, Mid-Con, Permian and Rockies regions. Mr. Parrish has worked for MATCOR for 14 years and has over 30 years of construction operation and financial experience. Chuck's duties include defining sales targets, meeting financial goals and working with senior department and location managers. As General Manager, Chuck is responsible for budgets, quality, P&L statements, equipment and resource allocation, hiring and training.

Nick Alvarez joined the MATCOR Team in 2021 as the EHS Manager, covering all branches. Before joining MATCOR, Nick managed safety in the scaffolding business at BrandSafway for three years. He brings nine years of overall experience in occupational health and safety, with knowledge built on the foundation of the following certifications: OSHA500 outreach, COSS certification, Certified Veriforce Trainer and credited classes in root cause investigation strategy.
