There is nothing that can replace the sadness and grief experienced by family and friends on this occasion of great loss, but the memories of her deep appreciation for family times and holidays will be a constant source of comfort that will last forever. Barbara found joy and delight from cooking huge and often elaborate meals for her family and welcomed guests, and made everyone feel like family. Her long battle with multiple disabilities did not deter her from living a full life. She was a woman of great faith and her belief that Jesus was by her side and was the source of her great strength. She was very appreciative of her brother Daniel J Brinson Sr. and his wife Barbara for their love, and was deeply grateful that they continued the tradition of hosting family celebrations and holiday dinners. And no birthday could be considered complete without her singing the "Happy Birthday" song to the family member.
