Mr. Corey has been recognized for his proven expertise in growing and leading private and public technology companies for the last 25 years as a senior executive and entrepreneur at companies such as AT&T, Westell Technologies, Southern Bell, Daleen Technologies, Solicore and DaCo Solutions Group. He has extensive experience in executive leadership, building successful private and public companies, raising private and public capital, leading organizations through a successful initial public offering (IPO), mergers/acquisitions, turnarounds, and driving business results. Prior to MARS, Mr. Corey held positions as founder and President of Daco Solutions Group and President and COO of Daleen Technologies (NASDAQ: DALN), an enterprise software company. Mr. Corey graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. Degree in I.S.E. and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Jeff has been involved in operations, sales, and marketing efforts for over 20 years in various industries and has held executive sales positions for over fifteen years. Before joining MARS, he held positions with Curbell Plastics, SemMaterials, and Atlas Genomics. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Oldcastle Materials, one of the world's largest materials manufacturers.   He has an extensive background in Polymers, Public-Private-Partnerships, Engineered Materials, Biotechnology, and Building Materials Manufacturing. At the same time, partnering with executive leaders to accelerate growth by improving manufacturing strategy and strategic, operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost, and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels, and driving operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma principles.  Jeff earned a B.S Degree in Business Administration with Honors from the University of Florida.

John Dickey joined MARS in July 2020 as Controller and is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Human Resource functions.  He brings over 10 years of experience in related fields with a proven record of value creation by leading teams, driving results, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement.  He started his career in Public Accounting focused on financial statement audits for public and private companies across various industries including software and technology, real estate, manufacturing, insurance, automotive, and non-profit organizations. After leaving public accounting, John was most recently the Assistant Controller at Nextech Systems, a private equity SaaS healthcare technology solution headquartered in Tampa, FL.  John graduated from Florida State University, College of Business with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Maurice Gutierrez joined MARS in 2022 and is overall responsible for building a sales team and executing the growth strategy.  He has over 30 years of sales management, operations, and engineering experience in the water and wastewater industries. In the last 15 years, he has held executive leadership roles as Chief Commercial Officer for Dynamic Isolation Systems, Inc. and Orege NA and as Senior Vice President at Environmental Operating Solutions, Inc. His diverse experience has ranged from field and corporate assignments, including business development, operations, strategic planning, growth strategies, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as managing startups from initial funding, strategy development,  execution, and divestiture.    He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and, after graduation, received a commission from the US Navy, where he served honorably as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer. He later earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the California State University-Sacramento.

Since joining MARS Company in 2007, Mr. Mastic has been involved in over 400 Meter Shop facilities, assisting the Utility / Municipality / Private Organization in planning and developing Meter Testing Strategies. Before MARS, he polished his technical, sales, management, training, and financial skills in High Tech Industries, including Mainframe Computers, Data Center Operations and telecommunications market segments for nearly three decades. He approached the Water Industry in the same manner, bringing logistics to assist in the development and planning of today's modern Meter Shop Operations. Mr. Mastic is a member of the AWWA and has served on the Water Meter Standards Committee since 2011. In addition to participating in several subcommittees (including Chair of the M6 and C714 Subcommittees), he is the current Recording Secretary for the Water Meter Standards Committee, a position he's held since 2014. Mr. Mastic earned a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College, Washington, PA.

Robbie Smart joined MARS Company in November 2017, as the Customer Support and IT Manager. He currently holds the position of Senior Director of Technology & Development and is responsible for overseeing IT, Customer Support, Research & Development as well as our Engineering team. He brings over 15 years of management experience at the startup and small to medium business levels. He started his career in the United States Air Force as a police officer. After an honorable discharge he went back to school and held jobs in management at various startup companies with focuses on real estate and SaaS. Robbie graduated from Saint Leo University, with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.
