Midwest Development Associates is a real estate management and development business. MDA's primary objective is to build new or rehabilitate homes for our customers. Our focus is on rebuilding the housing stock that has dissipated over decades of decay and neglect in inner city neighborhoods. Midwest Development Associates also builds homes in new communities. MDA's goal is to use our resources efficiently to control cost and build a quality product. We want to create a work environment that promotes growth with integrity.
