Joe has been key to Maul's growth. As part of the asphalt maintenance industry for 15 years, he is the ultimate team player, always driven to go the extra mile for the customer and the company. Joe loves playing hockey, soccer, and spending quality time with his wife and son.

Matt knows construction. With a degree in Construction Management, built upon with 6 years at Smoke Stack Construction Firm and 4 years with national and regional parking lot maintenance firms, Matt helps Maul stand tall. An avid Chicago Cubs fan, Matt will forever cherish cheering them on to victory with his beloved family.

Paul paves the way for our success, coming to Maul with 6 years of experience as a paving contractor. While he focuses on the healthcare market and large-scale paving projects, he realizes life's little things are just as important: time spent with his wife and two daughters, and jamming on one of his 5 drum sets with his band, The Dirty Ugly.

Steve brings over 4 decades of experience in the Paving Industry. He began as a laborer and worked his way up to Foreman and Business owner. After 20 years in the field he transitioned into commercial parking lot sales so that he could spend more time with family. Some say Steve has Paving in his blood as he love's problem solving and finding solutions. Steve-o loves to spend his time with his wife, children and grandchildren camping, fishing, traveling or just hanging out every chance he gets.

He has 14 years of experience sealing parking lots, but Steve forms bonds in every aspect of his life: he spends his free time with his family, treasuring the company of the ones he loves. In addition to his sealcoating expertise, Steve brings another decade of management experience from the paving industry to Maul. With Steve on staff, our success is sealed.
