Andrea joined MCB Investment Services in 2021 as a Client Service Associate. She has 7 years experience in banking and will focus on providing service to our growing client base.
Andrea's previous financial services experience includes Financial Services Representative and Operations Manager at another financial institution. She graduated from Big Sandy Community and Technical College with an associate of arts in business administration and management.

Benita Sparks joined MCB as vice president and branch manager at the bank's Erwin location, bringing with her more than four decades of banking experience. The lifelong Erwin resident has devoted countless hours over the years to both business development and helping customers achieve their financial dreams.
Bobby Brown, Senior Vice President, brings 20 years of banking experience in branch management, branch administration, commercial lending, bank operations, security, properties, and training. He has served as MCB's Director of Operations and Branch Administration and Training, and has overseen the bank's retail efforts and consumer lending in the Tri-City area. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and business management from Bob Jones University.

Brice Chapman, Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, came to MCB from a Berkshire Hathaway company. He has experience in human resources, Bank Secrecy Act compliance and policy development, credit analysis, loan portfolio management and branch and treasury management services. He currently manages a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships in the Knoxville market. He holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Brice has a bachelor's degree from Crown College. He serves in his local church and enjoys weightlifting, basketball, golf, and spending time with his family.

Casie Hempenstall, Banking Officer and Branch Manager, has been in banking for more than two years. Her background includes customer service experience, management and marketing.
In 2020, Casie was promoted to her current role, overseeing the Unicoi branch's retail staff and assisting with business development.
Devoted to helping small businesses and passionate about the local community, Casie earned her bachelor's degree in finance from East Tennessee State University. She's a fan of ETSU athletics, relishes home improvement projects and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.

Cindy Widener has been with MCB since 2007. In her current role as registered investment services assistant, she assists with the management of accounts and maintains investment customer relationships through the highest level of personal attention and service.
Cindy's graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and holds Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses through LPL Financial, and is certified by the State of Tennessee as a life, accident and health insurance agent.
Cindy Widener, Vice President and Registered Investment Services Assistant, works with the director of investments and financial planning to manage accounts and maintain investment relationships with personal attention and service. Cindy's previous financial services experience includes time in the loan department and customer service. At MCB, Cindy has also served as the Branch Manager at the Bristol Highway branch in Johnson City. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and holds licenses for Series 6, Series 63, and Life, Accident and Health Insurance in the State of Tennessee. She enjoys cooking, farming, and gardening.

Connie French, Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, serves as a Private Banker for consumer and commercial loans in the Knoxville area. She services a large portfolio of loans and assets. As a Relationship Manager, Connie brings many years of banking experience to MCB, specifically in private banking, commercial lending, consumer lending, and mortgage lending. She has held several positions and leadership roles on area humanitarian and community boards of directors, including the Boys & Girls Clubs, Knoxville Habitat for Humanity, and the American Heart Association. Connie holds a finance degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She enjoys running, yoga, and Tennessee football.

Connie Turner, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, supports the retail staff and assists with the business development portfolio for Mountain Commerce Bank at MCB's Cedar Bluff branch. She joined the bank in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of banking experience to her role. Ms. Turner possesses not only an extensive financial services background, but a history of delivering depository and lending solutions to both commercial and consumer clients.
Before joining Mountain Commerce Bank, Ms. Turner served as administrative officer and branch manager for Tennessee State Bank. She also fulfilled a financial banking center manager's role at Bank of America.
Active in her church and community, Ms. Turner has held several positions with local nonprofit organizations.

Jason Burleson, Vice President and Relationship Manager, has more than 14 years of experience in the finance and banking industries-specifically in the areas of management, credit, portfolio management and commercial banking.
Jason began his career in insurance and finance in 2007. From 2009 to 2021, he worked for a pair of local banks, ultimately being named branch manager with the first and then taking on the role of vice president of business banking with the second.
Jason joined Mountain Commerce Bank in his current role in 2021. He holds a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Tusculum University, and when he's not at work, he enjoys boating, traveling and golf.

Jerry Beal, Vice President, Relationship Manager and Private Banker, has more than three decades of banking and financial services, with experience in bank branch leadership, commercial lending, risk management, and business development. Jerry serves MCB clients from the Bristol Highway branch in Johnson City, focusing on lending, commercial financial services, and on building strong relationships in the Johnson City market. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wingate College in Wingate, NC and is active in the community with the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce and First Christian Church.
Kenny Graves, CFP®, Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, has more than three decades of experience in commercial and private banking. He joined Mountain Commerce Bank in his current role in October 2021.
Prior to MCB, Kenny held positions with multiple banks across the East Tennessee region where he was responsible for commercial and consumer, as well as mortgage and construction lending.
A native East Tennessean, Kenny holds a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and has earned his Master of Business Administration from Tusculum University. Kenny's also completing multiple banking courses from the Tennessee Bankers Association, the Independent Community Bankers of America and Louisiana State University. He's been a certified financial planner since 2009.

Kevin Horne, Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Area President, is a member of the MCB Board of Directors. With a background in banking and financial services of more than 20 years, Kevin brings a wealth of experience in credit quality, commercial lending, and retail banking. In his current role at MCB, Kevin oversees the bank's Operations Department, Credit Administration, Loan Review, Credit and Asset Quality, Retail Operations, Special Assets, and other deposit and loan functions. A graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a business degree, Kevin has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 business leader in the Tri-Cities. He is active on several area humanitarian and community boards of directors, including Junior Achievement of Johnson City. Kristi Wilson, First Vice President and Portfolio Manager, has more than 26 years of banking experience with a focus on commercial and real estate lending, as well as credit administration. During her career, Kristi has acquired knowledge in areas of bank services, policies, procedures, regulations, and loan default remedies.
In 2020, Kristi joined Mountain Commerce Bank in her current role. Prior to her time with MCB, she was a portfolio manager with three other local banks.
Kristi is currently responsible for analyzing financial statements and managing portfolios, as well as evaluating risks.

Rualette Bowen is Vice President and Branch Manager of the Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) location on Bristol Highway in Johnson City, TN. Shane M. Broyles, Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer, has more than 13 years of banking experience in all facets of the industry. During his banking career, which includes working for four banks in East Tennessee, Shane he has worked as a teller, customer service representative, assistant manager and loan officer.

Staci Wilkerson, First Vice President and Relationship Manager, serves as a commercial and consumer lender for Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) in the Knoxville area. She joined MCB in January 2021. Staci brings more than thirty years of banking experience to her role. That experience includes commercial, consumer and mortgage lending, along with private banking and retail branch management.
Staci is active locally, serving on several area community and humanitarian organizations. She is past president of the Rotary Club of Farragut and currently serves on its board of directors. She is also on the board of directors for the Rotary Club of Farragut Foundation and is a member of the Rotary District Leadership Academy's class of '20-'21.

Tim Topham, Executive Vice President and Director, is the Area President and Senior Loan Officer for the Knoxville market, with responsibility for commercial and private banking, treasury management, and branch retail development. Prior to his time at MCB, Tim managed private banking and private wealth management groups with a loan and deposit portfolio worth nearly a billion dollars. Tim is a graduate of Maryville College with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and he is on the board of directors for Maryville College and former member for Knoxville Habitat for Humanity. He also volunteers regularly for many humanitarian and community organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. Tim enjoys bicycling, hunting, fishing, and golf.

Tim Tull, Vice President and Relationship Manager, has two decades of experience in commercial and private banking. He joined Mountain Commerce Bank in his current role in October 2020.

He's worked with MCB customers for more than a decade, focusing on strategies that seek to grow clients' wealth without substantial risk. Todd is passionate about helping people make informed decisions about their money, creating a financial roadmap for them and working toward achieving their financial aspirations.
Todd Jones, Senior Vice President and Director of Investments and Financial Planning Services has extensive experience in 401(k) consulting, investment management, private banking and financial planning. Todd earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from East Tennessee State University. He also holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner™, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and the Series 7 license. Tom Jensen, City Executive and Executive Vice President, is a member of senior management and the leading commercial lender at MCB. Prior to MCB, Tom served as group vice president managing a wealth management unit with a portfolio of over $400 million in assets. A graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a finance degree, Tom is also a graduate of Leadership Knoxville and active on several area humanitarian and community boards of directors, including the United Way, Boys & Girls Club, Knoxville Quarterback Club, and the Fountain City United Methodist Church. William E. "Bill" Edwards, President and Chief Executive Officer and Director, is a founding member of the Board of Directors for the bank and the holding company. With over 35 years in commercial banking, Bill brings to MCB experience as a commercial and corporate lender, capital markets originator, investment analyst, and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Prior to his time at MCB, Bill managed commercial, corporate, and real estate lending divisions for a large regional bank, and he also worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. A graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a finance degree, Bill is also an alum of the Washington County/Johnson City and Kingsport Chamber Leadership Programs. He holds a position on the East Tennessee State University Foundation Board, and has previously served on numerous other humanitarian and community boards.
