Bobby Brown, Senior Vice President, brings 20 years of banking experience in branch management, branch administration, commercial lending, bank operations, security, properties, and training. He has served as MCB's Director of Operations and Branch Administration and Training, and has overseen the bank's retail efforts and consumer lending in the Tri-City area. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and business management from Bob Jones University.

Brice Chapman, Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, came to MCB from a Berkshire Hathaway company. He has experience in human resources, Bank Secrecy Act compliance and policy development, credit analysis, loan portfolio management and branch and treasury management services. He currently manages a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships in the Knoxville market. He holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Brice has a bachelor's degree from Crown College. He serves in his local church and enjoys weightlifting, basketball, golf, and spending time with his family.

Cindy Widener has been with MCB since 2007. In her current role as registered investment services assistant, she assists with the management of accounts and maintains investment customer relationships through the highest level of personal attention and service. Cindy's graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and holds Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses through LPL Financial, and is certified by the State of Tennessee as a life, accident and health insurance agent. Cindy Widener, Vice President and Registered Investment Services Assistant, works with the director of investments and financial planning to manage accounts and maintain investment relationships with personal attention and service. Cindy's previous financial services experience includes time in the loan department and customer service. At MCB, Cindy has also served as the Branch Manager at the Bristol Highway branch in Johnson City. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and holds licenses for Series 6, Series 63, and Life, Accident and Health Insurance in the State of Tennessee. As a Relationship Manager, Connie brings many years of banking experience to MCB, specifically in private banking, commercial lending, consumer lending, and mortgage lending. She has held several positions and leadership roles on area humanitarian and community boards of directors, including the Boys & Girls Clubs, Knoxville Habitat for Humanity, and the American Heart Association. Ms. Turner possesses not only an extensive financial services background, but a history of delivering depository and lending solutions to both commercial and consumer clients. Before joining Mountain Commerce Bank, Ms. Turner served as administrative officer and branch manager for Tennessee State Bank. She also fulfilled a financial banking center manager's role at Bank of America. Active in her church and community, Ms. Turner has held several positions with local nonprofit organizations.

Kenny Graves

Kenny Graves, CFP®, Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, has more than three decades of experience in commercial and private banking. He joined Mountain Commerce Bank in his current role in October 2021. Prior to MCB, Kenny held positions with multiple banks across the East Tennessee region where he was responsible for commercial and consumer, as well as mortgage and construction lending. A native East Tennessean, Kenny holds a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and has earned his Master of Business Administration from Tusculum University. Kenny's also completing multiple banking courses from the Tennessee Bankers Association, the Independent Community Bankers of America and Louisiana State University. Prior to his time at MCB, Tim managed private banking and private wealth management groups with a loan and deposit portfolio worth nearly a billion dollars. Tim is a graduate of Maryville College with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and he is on the board of directors for Maryville College and former member for Knoxville Habitat for Humanity. He also volunteers regularly for many humanitarian and community organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. Tim enjoys bicycling, hunting, fishing, and golf.

With over 35 years in commercial banking, Bill brings to MCB experience as a commercial and corporate lender, capital markets originator, investment analyst, and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Prior to his time at MCB, Bill managed commercial, corporate, and real estate lending divisions for a large regional bank, and he also worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
