MBC, which stands for Management and Business Care Software Development, was established as a software development center in commercial city, Yangon in 2003. MBC provides a number of ICT solutions including Integrated Accounting Information Management System (IAIMS), software user training and after-sale services. It has expanded its operations by opening a branch office in Mandalay that is second- largest city in Myanmar. There are two departments: software department for software advancement and training department for development of MBCSD's and clients' employee ICT skills.
