's expertise is in meat science. It is backed with a degree in Meat and Animal Science and meat lab working experience from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. After course work, she worked in both retail meat and federally inspected meat processing operations. Currently she oversees sales, customer support and system documentation. She frequently consults in the areas of product design, formulations and marketing. Pearce followed through on collegiate training with the meat judging team, as she continues to judge at state and national meat product competitions. Technical Services and Development Director, Christopher Kuehnel's degree in Agricultural Business Management and Computer Science provides a base for the technical division. His high level of technical ability blends well with system analysis and design, and he excels in meat mathematics and modeling. Clients frequently call on him to assist with incorporating new technology changes and optimization projects.
