Andy Clayton

Andy began his career with McDougal Companies in 1994. He has worked in all aspects of the business from asset maintenance to maintenance supervision and primarily on-site property management. As vice president of multifamily housing, Andy supervises the operations of the multifamily division of the company, as well as overseeing special renovation and construction projects for the company.

Carolyn McDougal

Carolyn worked alongside Delbert from the company's beginnings. She was the company's first property manager, sales manager, and decorator. Carolyn was an integral leader in the company's multifamily properties and leasing operations.

Carrie Broadus

Carrie believes that the most important traits to possess in the real estate business are honesty, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile. She takes pride in all she does and puts the interests of her clients before all others, including her own. She is motivated to help you, qualified to do it, and committed to getting it done.

Delbert McDougal

After a 25-year career with General Electric, Delbert left to start his own housing company. More than 25 years later, his vision has grown into a multi-million-dollar apartment, property development, construction, realty, and property management corporation. The company's interests spread across Texas, and his Overton Park project in Lubbock has been called the largest privately financed urban renewal project in America.

Donna Isbell

Donna is a native of Lubbock. She graduated from Monterey High School and attended Texas Tech University. She moved to Amarillo and raised her 2 children there for 20 years as she established her real estate business. In 2006, she came "Home"! She has a love for Lubbock and the people here. Her passion for real estate and helping people like you make their dreams come true is what her business is all about! She specializes in Residential real estate, but her "specialty" is helping people find homes they love! Frances Stephens

Frances is a real estate broker and holds the GRI designation. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar plus producer. She has been in the real estate business for more than 44 years and is a past president of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. In addition, she has been chair of and served on various association committees. She is currently a member of the local, state, and national association of REALTORS®. She specializes in residential sales both inside and outside the city. She has worked with numerous third-party companies doing BPOs, listing, and selling their properties. She has also marketed properties for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Gina Milford

Gina is responsible for administering employee health insurance benefits, the McDougal 401(k) Plan, as well as other employee benefits. She maintains personnel records, work injuries, preparing, processing, and distributing payroll, and provides interpretation of company policy and procedure to employees. Gina has a Bachelor of Science in family financial planning from Texas Tech and has earned her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications in human resources.

Jeremy Steen

Jeremy is a proud father and husband. He is West Texas-born and raised. He studied business at South Plains College and Texas Tech University and serves on several boards in the Lubbock community. Jeremy is eager, trustworthy and determined - everything you want in a realtor when you're finding your dream home or selling your current home. He prides himself on his integrity, unique marketing and ability to think outside the box to bring the best value to his clients.

Julie Berger - CFO

Julie manages financial operations of the company, including accounting, banking & treasury management, financing, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with laws, rules and reporting for over 50 entities under the company's umbrella. Julie has been with the McDougal Companies over 20 years and holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and office systems technology & administration from Texas Tech University.

Kari Nettles

Kari Nettles has been employed by McDougal Companies since 1997. She began her career in leasing at several of the McDougal apartment communities while attending Texas Tech University. In 2000, Kari graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. Over the years, she advanced to Assistant Community Director and then Community Director. She has earned certifications from the National Apartment Association - NALP, CAM, and CAMT. Currently, Kari is working as the Multifamily Operations Administrator. She handles hiring and training for the property office staff and helps oversee operations of the apartment communities. Now, as a part of the McDougal REALTORS® team, Kari is ready to help you find the home of your dreams. Kylee Garcia

Kylee Garcia was raised in Amarillo, TX. She attended college at Texas Tech University and went on to graduate from The University of the Southwest, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. For the last 15 years, Kylee worked as a project design coordinator for a multi-million-dollar construction company in Hawaii. Her extensive background in the residential industry allowed her to find a passion for connecting with clients and watching them fulfill their lifelong dream of purchasing a new home. In her free time, Kylee enjoys cheering on her two boys at their sporting events, serving at her church, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors with family. She's looking forward to connecting with clients and helping them find or sell their homes!

Marc McDougal - CEO

Marc has worked in every division of McDougal Companies and was named CEO in 2015. The company's realty has listed or sold more than $5 billion in real estate, while the properties division has owned or managed more than 7,500 apartments in 15 Texas cities. Under his watch, the company has developed or built more than $1 billion in commercial and residential property. Marc spent time in every part of the company and has managed every division since their inception. Under his leadership, McDougal REALTORS® has listed or sold more than $5 billion in real estate. Marc is a past president of the Lubbock Apartment Association and has served on the boards of the West Texas Home Builders Association, Lubbock Board of REALTORS®, and numerous other boards locally. He was mayor of Lubbock from 2002-06.

Michael Flowers

Michael began his career with McDougal in 2017 after a successful career in the banking industry. He is a Lubbock native and studied real estate and finance at South Plains College and Texas Tech University. Michael's biggest strengths are his customer service and attention to detail. Michael is very involved in the community and volunteers for several area non-profits. In his free time, Michael enjoys Texas Tech football, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children.

Mont McClendon - Chief Legal Officer, COO

Mont oversees the company's finances and daily operations. He has an extensive background in real estate and business litigation and transactions. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996, and practiced law alongside his father, Jack McClendon, in the McClendon Law Firm for 20 years before joining McDougal Companies. Mont is an active member within the Lubbock community, having served on numerous volunteer boards and as president of the Lubbock Apartment Association.

Pam McDougal

Pam has served in several capacities over four decades, and as the company grew, so did her role. She worked on exterior and interior designs, including 2012 Main Street, Pioneer Condos, and numerous spec homes. Pam currently serves as the interior designer for McDougal's corporate apartments, while also staying active in the community serving on a handful of committees including Junior League, Susan G. Komen, G-Pact and Cattle Barons.

Polly Earhart

Polly Earhart has been in the West Texas area for over 20 years. She began her career in Lubbock in banking and mortgage lending. She has two children attending college and she helps her husband as he has pioneered 2 churches and currently is a pastor in Plainview, Texas. Over the years she has cultivated a love and desire to help people find not just a house, but a home. Whether it's buying or selling, she looks to help her customers find that home that perfectly fits their needs! Polly is a member of the Plainview Association of REALTORS® as well as the Lubbock Association of REALTORS®.

Tyler McDougal - VP

Tyler has been with the organization since 2008 and worked in an array of roles, from operations and home building to maintenance, budgeting, acquisitions, and make readies. He is very active in the Lubbock Downtown Redevelopment initiative and was a member of the Tax Increment Funding (TIF) board for North Pointe. Tyler is proud to be included in the 2020 class of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Lubbock program.
