Daniel is also the founder and pilot of True West Aerial, a trusted partner of MRG, various regional conservation groups, and land managers. True West Aerial specializes in obtaining elevated perspectives of important landscapes from small aircraft, helping individuals and organizations to understand a certain land tract, eco-system, or issue with greater clarity through aerial survey and imagery.

Haley Mirr joins Mirr Ranch Group after working in the financial sector for one of the largest investment firms in the United States. Haley grew up in Colorado and from a young age has had a passion for the outdoors, land conservation and the environment. The Rocky Mountains have been her continuous source of entertainment since she was a tyke. From climbing the majestic 14ers, to sleeping under the stars in Rocky Mountain National Park, the open spaces and diverse landscapes of the West have made her who she is today.
Haley attended Colgate University where she majored in environmental economics and joined the Outdoor Education program where she received Wilderness First Responder training and led newly bright-eyed college kids on hiking, kayaking and backcountry ski trips in the Adirondacks. She was also an avid member of the improvisational comedy troop formerly known as Broken Lizard. After attending college she had no other choice than to come back to the Rocky Mountains. Not only is she passionate about this culture, Haley's analytical, sustainability, business strategy, and Geographic Information Systems background make her an integral part of the Mirr Ranch Group team as Director of Operations, as well as a Ranch Broker.
The outdoors have been such a prevalent force in her life and she looks forward to sharing her passions for ranching, land stewardship and the American West with MRG's clients.
Jared Souza is a ranch broker and outfitter with a lifetime of practical ranch experience gained from living and working on ranches throughout the West. This experience provides unique insight and support to buyers and sellers alike through firsthand knowledge of complex issues like public land utilization, livestock management, game and fish regulations, grazing and water rights, and capital investment strategies. Practical skills like carpentry, welding, wildland firefighting, and guiding further inform his approach. Whether it's understanding the key components of a ranch to ensure viable long-term cattle production or analyzing the recreational components for big game management on a property, Jared's experience, trust, and good old-fashioned western "know-how" are crucial to his success.
In addition to his work as a ranch broker, Souza is the co-owner and operator of Turkey Track Outfitters, a highly respected company that provides once-in-a-lifetime guided hunting experiences in Wyoming. He also provides top-notch outdoor cinematography as a professional outdoor videographer and UAV pilot.
