Graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, received her law degree from New York Law School in 1986. A graduate of Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1978. In the 1960's, Mr. Clapper was a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force and served in combat in Vietnam.
