Graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, received her law degree from New York Law School in 1986. Jack K. Clapper is a pioneer in asbestos-litigation and is the founder of one of the first law firms in California to represent victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases. Since 1979, Mr. Clapper has devoted his practice to securing just compensation for individuals who have been stricken with mesothelioma, asbestosis and lung cancer. 1997 graduate of San Francisco Law School, has devoted his career to victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos diseases. Involved in all aspects of litigation, he is best known for his ability to develop vital witness and documentary evidence supporting victims' claims.
He is one of the foremost experts in product identification, that is, the gathering of evidence to prove which companies' asbestos products were used at a given location. He supervises the investigative team at the firm and coordinates legal discovery. Mr. Mason is currently a member of the State Bar of California and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
John Mason has a computer-like mind for identifying the names of the manufacturers, suppliers and installers of asbestos-containing products present at our clients' multitude of jobsites located throughout the country, including shipyards, onboard ships, military bases, refineries, schools, hospitals, government buildings and other commercial and industrial sites.
