MENTAL HEALTH AMERICA OF EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA

MHA is an affiliate of Mental Health America and participates in Florida Mental Health America. Our service area covers East Central Florida including Volusia and Flagler counties... Originally, the Mental Health Association of Volusia County was organized in 1952. In 1999, the Debra Ann House was acquired through a generous donation. In 2010, the name was changed to the Mental Health America of East Central Florida to reflect the expanding community we serve and to affiliate with our parent organization, National Mental Health America... MHA provides services to Volusia and Flagler counties in Central Florida. In 2008, services have been expanding into Putnam and St. Johns counties as well due to changes in the Department of Children and Families service area.
