Frank Vasquez

As our resident IT Director, Frank has played a central role in managing MKP's technology suite for over 18 years. The infrastructure that Frank has helped build is vital to protecting our clients' confidential information and facilitating MKP's day-to-day processes. By constantly assessing, advising on, and implementing new technology solutions, Frank ensures MKP's systems are cutting-edge, secure, and add value to the already-valuable services MKP provides to our clients. Frank studied Computer Science at SUNY Albany. He enjoys cycling, spending time with his family, and experimenting with the latest tech gadgets.

Laura DeLaCruz

Job Titles:
  • Director, Project Management and Business Development
Laura is Director of Project Management and Business Development and has been with MKP since 1999. She attentively manages relationships and the full scope of communications for her clients, as well as complex communications for specialty lines of business. Laura has an eagle-eye for accuracy and oversees critical initiatives for clients, MKP staff, and external suppliers. She also manages MKP's business development efforts. Laura earned a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University. She has two amazing daughters who share her love of beach vacations, and, in her spare time, she loves to play soccer, bake and play with her cuddly dog, Kevin.

Melissa Chefec

As Business Development Manager since day one, Melissa has successfully nurtured many budding business prospects into lasting client relationships. She is the consummate MKP ambassador, making friendly introductions to MKP, showcasing our many talents and capabilities, and initiating new opportunities for MKP to expand its visibility in the financial services marketplace. Melissa received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is an avid and competitive tennis player, and a leader of her book group of which she's been a member for over 20 years. She's also an enthusiastic and adventurous cook and a dedicated mother, wife, and friend.
