Bobby Bolling

Bobby Bolling has been with the company for 12+ years and worked as a field electrician before coming into the office to be the purchasing agent. As part of his role as purchasing agent, Bobbby managed the warehouse (on-site). Bobby's work was essential to the correct material arriving on the job sites at the appropriate times. Bobby was also responsible for the maintenance of equipment owned by MJM Electric and did a great job ensuring that our men in the field have all the working tools and material that they need to get the job done in a timely manner. At the end of 2022 MJM Electric was in need of an additional Project Manager. It was an easy decision to elevate Bobby to that position. With a bit of mentoring from the other PM's Bobby was up to speed. He has done a great job of instilling trust in MJM Electric's customers and field crews. We look forward to Bobby having a long career in Project Management.

David Mazur

David Mazur is a younger member of the next generation of MJM Electric. David is the son of Mark Mazur, the current Owner/President of MJM Electric. As such David has officially been with the company for 10+ years while working as a field electrician before coming into the office to be the purchasing agent. However he really has been a part of the MJM Electric company all of his life and is fully immersed in what we do and who we are. As part of his role as purchasing agent, David also oversees the MJM Electric company vehicle fleet and manages the on-site MJM Electric warehouse. David's work is essential to the correct material arriving on the job sites at the appropriate times for our electricians. Among many other responsibilities, David is also responsible for the maintenance of equipment/tools owned by MJM Electric and does a great job ensuring that our men in the field have all the working tools and material that they need to get the job done in a safe and timely manner.

Eric Hott - COO

Eric Hott has worked with MJM Electric for 28+ years. He began as an apprentice and moved through the ranks, Journeyman Wireman, Foreman, General Foreman, Shop Superintendent to his current position as Director of Operations. He has been involved in many aspects of the electrical trade from specific training to installation and troubleshooting. In addition to his other responsibilities Eric is heavily involved in MJM Electric's safety culture. To go along with all of his other talents, Eric is MJM Electric's in-house consultant for all I.T. issues. In the last several years, Eric has become more and more active in NECA. He attends the monthly local Chapter Meetings and participates in negotiations. Additionally, Eric was the first person in the country to join the NECAPAC as a NextGen PLC member. He traveled to Washington DC to meet with various Senators and Congressman on the needs of small business; specifically the needs of a collective bargaining contractor.

Jeff LoGiudice

Jeff began his career at MJM as an apprentice in 2003. After making Journeyman status, Jeff quickly rose through the ranks as Foreman then General Foreman. Through the years Jeff was tasked with installing some of MJM's largest and most complex projects including, but not limited to; Busch Garden's Jungala Expansion (5+ Million Dollars in electrical), Yuengling Brewery Upgrades (3+ Million dollars electrical), and MacDill Air Force Base 15kv Underground Upgrades. Eventually it became clear that Jeff was most often the "smartest man in the room". Jeff's ability to analyze complicated processes and research solutions made it obvious his talents were being underutilized. In 2018 Jeff was moved into the role of Project Engineer and now Project Engineer/Estimator. Jeff is a continuation of MJM Electric's effort of bringing in the next generation of highly skilled talent. This also follows a long MJM tradition of employees working up through the ranks and into roles with greater responsibilities. This long-time continuity helps us focus on our customers' needs in a way that is unmatched by our competition.

Joy Parshell

As a NECA contractor MJM Electric's payroll has many nuances that are not common to all businesses. When Mark Mazur took ownership of the company MJM Electric needed someone to fill this role. The reporting necessary to keep up with pensions, health insurance, annuities and other various benefits is not a job easily filled by someone already possessing the knowledge. MJM Electric was not in the position to take the required time to train someone. It was a God-send that Joy became available and MJM Electric found her. Joy had spent the previous 15 years as a NECA chapter office manager. She came to work at MJM Electric and immediately knew the job that had to be done. In a short period of time it became clear that Joy has many other talents and was able to perform several job scopes for MJM Electric. Her duties now include payroll, accounts receivable, graphic design, assistance to service manager, and many others.

Mark Mazur - President

Mark is the President of MJM Electric. During his tenure a great effort has been made towards increasing community service, and reaching out to parts of the industry that MJM was not historically involved in. As a result of these efforts, MJM was awarded The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award for 2009. Mark's career in electrical construction spans 30+ years, beginning as an apprentice electrician. He has excellent project management and communication skills. These skills along with his focus on meeting customer's needs add value to each project and insures effective management of the construction team. He has a keen understanding of operations from his personal experience on various types of projects, particularly in industrial facilities, such as powerhouses, phosphate mines, breweries, and food processing plants. ​The growth and experience that Mark has gained through his career in the industry has made him a very effective owner. Customers, employees, and vendors react well to his energy, honesty, and over all style. Mark has always believed in giving back to the industry proof of this is represented by various industry committees Mark serves on: President, Florida West Coast Chapter of NECA (2010 to Present) Member of Electri-21 Foundation District Chairman of NECAPAC Served on various local industry committees such as apprenticeship and health and welfare

Matthew Woodward

Matt has worked for MJM Electric for 23+ years in various positions within the company. These positions include; apprentice, journeyman, Foreman, General Foreman, Site Superintendent, Shop Superintendent, Project Manager, and currently as Director of Labor Resources.

Nicole Hott

Nicole has been with MJM Electric for 10+ years. She was originally hired to serve as a receptionist, however her ability to learn quickly and passion to excel led her to quickly taking over as the Accounts Payable Manager. Nicole also manages the third party safety compliance to include ISN, GRMS and Avetta which requires monthly updating and maintenance of current MJM Electric data, training and policies. Nicole handles bonding and Insurance for MJM Electric Projects. She also oversees the fleet for MJM Electric, making sure when a new vehicle is purchased it is ready for the road in addition to keeping track of the gas and milage reporting. Her friendly and outgoing personality is a great reflection of the company and the values we stand for. Scott Humenansky

Scott has worked for MJM Electric for 35+ years in various positions within the company. These positions include; accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, assistant service manager and currently project manager. Due to his exposure to the many aspects of a contracting company Scott has become an extremely well rounded project manager. His attention to detail in documentation of projects has allowed his jobs to show an excellent return.

Tony Grieco

Tony has been with the company for 23+ years and is an experienced project manager in the industrial and commercial electrical market. His key strengths: Cultivating excellent relationships with clients, resulting in a strong base of referral business Implementing energy-efficient solutions that save clients hundreds of thousands of dollars annually Installing new or upgrading systems at major manufacturing plants to achieve energy conservation goals Capable of running multiple location projects at once. Tony is currently working with several customers to address their needs for EV chargers. He is continually increasing his knowledge of installation requirements to ensure the customer has an end product that can be expanded for future needs.

As MJM Electric grew Mark Mazur (Owner) knew he would have to develop additional help in the estimating department. Mark met Zach outside of the industry, and was impressed with his people skills and background. Zach was a military veteran and educator when Mark met him. That combination of skills seemed like just what MJM Electric needed to train an estimator. MJM Electric has not been disappointed. After years of training and combined with his years of experience in the industry, Zach can handle any estimating projects that MJM Electric would have.
