George Milnes joined Milnes Construction nearly 40 years ago as a member of the construction field crew. In 2007 he was promoted to general superintendent, construction. In this role George oversees the daily operations of the construction shop and is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels in line with project scheduling needs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He performs employee evaluations, is involved in the hiring process and manages the information flow from project managers to job supervisors. In addition, George reviews construction budgets, work reports and safety reports. He also assists with the safety and hazard communications programs. George is a graduate of Williamsport Area Community College with a degree in building construction.

Lawrence "Lindy" LaRue

Lawrence "Lindy" LaRue joined the Milnes team in 2014. A Professionally Licensed Surveyor in Pennsylvania and New York, he is also a FAA UAS licensed Pilot. Lindy attended The Pennsylvania State University, Wilkes-Barre campus studying surveying engineering. He has more than 14 years of experience in land surveying and engineering in residential, commercial and industrial applications. He is responsible for the daily operations of the Milnes' survey department.

Michael "Mick" Goodwin has proudly served clients as part of the Milnes Engineering team for more than 25 years. Mick specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic design. As vice president, engineering, he is responsible for consultation services, planning, design, permitting and project management for various civil engineering projects. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, including personnel, business development, budgets and project performance.
