He is also a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. Mr. Terrel's professional history includes: Negotiating over 100,000 acres of oil & gas leases; Over $100 Million in land & mineral transactions; Participating to drill wells from a working interest position; Service company ownership and management; Fresh-water-supply drilling and fracing; Pipeline & Right-of-way negotiations; Surface damage settlements; Drilling location & Compressor site acquisitions; and a broad range of oil & gas consulting services to investment groups, attorneys, lenders, accountants, mineral owners and energy companies. His personal acquisitions and divestiture portfolio shows investment return averages significantly above industry standards. Mr. Terrel's current asset holdings of land & minerals carry a negative acquisition cost with persistently active returns from multiple producing wells. Additionally, Mr. Terrel is the founder and President of Hunting Country Real Estate LLC, a company that brokers agricultural & recreational land transactions across multiple states. Mr. Terrel has served the energy industry as a real estate, mineral rights and energy asset broker and auctioneer for the past twenty years. With well over 2,000 transactions successfully negotiated thru private and public sales platforms, he is a recognized industry authority on real estate and oil & gas auction sales and marketing. In 2007 Mr. Terrel joined United Country Real Estate and is the President of Auction Services. United Country Real Estate is the largest rural land and non-urban real estate marketing company in America. Mr. Terrel is responsible for the global auction operations for United Country Real Estate. The parent company (United Real Estate Holdings Group), generates between $8-10 billion in real estate transactional volume each year. Mineral Marketing, llc is a strategic partner of United Real Estate Group and acts as the oil and gas special property group's subject matter expert. This alliance has allowed the companies to expand their energy marketing services and operations into almost every major oil and gas play inside the U.S. Mr. Terrel is an professional instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute at Indiana University, in Bloomington, Indiana. Mr. George obtained his real estate license in 2000 and founded the Rocking X Land Company Ltd., in 2005. As an active rural farm and ranch broker, Virgil is a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Realtor Land Institute (RLI), and he has achieved the designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Prior to entering the real estate profession, he was directly involved in the agriculture sector through grain and beef production working on his families farming operation. He also has a strong background in heavy equipment sales.
