Mr. Anderson served as Vice Chair and Midwest Area Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP from 2006 until his retirement in April 2012. Christophe is the Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenter France. As CEO, Christophe is responsible for overseeing broking activities across the French marketplace. Before being appointed to the role of CEO, he was a Managing Director in Guy Carpenter's Paris office and served as Deputy CEO in charge of the broking for both life and non-life insurance business.
Christophe joined Guy Carpenter in 2010 from Aon Benfield, where he led a broking team and was a member of the directors' committee.
Christophe has been working on a number of automotive project in France and Europe including helping the setting up of several MTPL and Casco internal insurers (for car lease companies and OEMs) through a tailor made and adaptive reinsurance structure, finding reinsurance capacity for MGAs in the automotive sector, finding capital equivalent reinsurance structure for capital light insurers, as well as covering the MTPL and Casco exposure of traditional insurers. With an actuarial background, Christophe worked a lot around the quantification and protection of MTPL annuities/PPOs.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he was Head of Corporate Development, Strategy and Innovation for seven years at Bank of the West. Daniel Kaniewski is Managing Director, Public Sector, Marsh McLennan. In this role he leads enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver breakthrough perspectives and innovative solutions for public sector challenges.
Prior to joining Marsh McLennan in February 2020, Dr. Kaniewski was the second-ranking official at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). As the agency's first Deputy Administrator for Resilience, he launched and led the disaster resilience programs that are now a cornerstone of FEMA's mission.
In addition to his FEMA role, he was Chair of the Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD) High-Level Risk Forum, comprised of risk managers from the 36 OECD member nations.
Prior to FEMA, he launched the global resilience practice at a leading catastrophe risk modeling firm, directed resilience programs at a DHS research center, and co-founded a homeland security think tank.
Dr. Kaniewski was Special Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Senior Director for Response Policy in the George W. Bush Administration, where he managed over 200 Presidential disaster declarations at the White House.
He earlier held positions at FEMA, the Congressional Fire Services Institute, and on Capitol Hill. Dan began his career in homeland security as a firefighter/paramedic.
Dr. Kaniewski has previously served as a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, a member of the District of Columbia Homeland Security Commission, a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and on the adjunct faculty of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.

Ms. Hopkins was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Citi Ventures and served as Citigroup's first Chief Innovation Officer. Previously at Citi she was Chief Operations and Technology officer of the company, chief information security officer of the company and Senior Advisor to the Corporate and Investment Bank. She retired at the end of 2016. Prior to joining Citigroup in 2003 as Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A, she was Chief Financial Officer of Lucent Technologies and The Boeing Company and held senior-level positions at General Motors in the U.S. and Zurich and at Unisys Corporation, after starting her career at Ford. Ms. Hopkins was twice named to Fortune's 10 most powerful women in business and was on Institutional Investor's Top 50 list every year from 2011 until she retired.

Erica had national oversight of the Professional Liability, Security & Privacy and Employed Lawyers lines of business, with a specialization and thought leadership position in network security and privacy risk transfer solutions.
Erica is a key contributor to the public sector dialogue around cyber insurance and has provided testimony to the House Small Business Committee as an expert witness in cyber security insurance. As a prominent leader in understanding cyber risk at an enterprise level, she has presented at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and is a member of the Advisory Committee of Risk Sharing Mechanisms (ACRSM), which advises Treasury's Federal Insurance Office on terrorism and potential structures for risk sharing across the industry.

Gigi Norris is a managing director and leads the US HealthCare Practice of Marsh. Gigi brings more than 25 years of experience to her role creating innovative risk solutions to help providers and payers achieve organizational and financial objectives. She also holds a Doctorate in Public Health, with a concentration in epidemiology, and has provided counsel on preventing and mitigating infectious disease risk to a diverse range of industries.
Gigi will lead all aspects of our HealthCare Practice, driving growth opportunities and delivering risk mitigation strategies, developing industry content and thought leadership, and bringing Marsh's risk and digital solutions to clients and prospects. She will be based in San Francisco, California.

Julian Enoizi is the Global Head of the Public Sector Practice at Guy Carpenter, the world-leading reinsurance broker part of Marsh McLennan. In a role specially created in April 2022 to make use of his exceptional public sector knowledge and profile, Julian works with public sector clients at national, state and local level across all geographic sectors served by Guy Carpenter and other Marsh and McLennan businesses. His focus is on understanding the particular insurance and reinsurance needs of public sector organisations and their private sector partners, and identifying existing and new insurance
solutions which will enable Guy Carpenter to deliver the analysis, advice and data needed to optimise public sector decision-taking. Based in London, Julian travels globally to meet current and potential public sector clients. He is frequently asked to speak internationally and has given evidence to Parliamentary Enquiries as well as to the US Congress.
Julian was previously CEO of Pool Re, the UK Government-backed terrorism reinsurance mutual, for almost a decade. He joined Pool Re with the mandate to bring a fresh perspective to a company that had changed little since its formation in 1993. He implemented a strategic change programme and led the negotiations with HM Treasury in two formal reviews of Pool Re's role. He repositioned the company as a champion of innovation and an international thought leader, spearheading a broader and more sophisticated underwriting proposition requiring an amendment to an Act of Parliament. He oversaw the negotiation of the world's largest terrorism retrocession programme as well as the launch of the world's first terrorism Catastrophe Bond. Working with politicians and civil service, he promoted partnership with the Home Office leading to investment in several risk mitigation projects.
Julian is a graduate of the Universities of Birmingham and Limoges, holding a degree in Law and French Law, and a Diplome D'Etudes Juridiques Francaises. His fluency in French and Italian led him initially to practice law in London, Milan and Brussels. His subsequent experience in the insurance industry spans the markets in Lloyd's, London, the UK regions and Continental Europe. His early career saw him work at Chubb, at AIG Europe, at CNA as President of its Continental European Division based in Paris, and then as President and CEO of CNA Europe. In 2009, Julian became President and CEO of Argo International and from 2011 to 2013 was CEO of a private equity backed venture. He has always focused on businesses undergoing important strategic transitions under challenging circumstances.
Julian has extensive experience of working on international and governmental advisory boards. These include the Advisory Board of the OECD International Network on the Financial Management of Large-scale Catastrophe, the CBI's Financial Services Council, the UK's National Preparedness Commission, the Clean Growth Leadership Network, and the Business of Resilience Taskforce where he chairs the Cyber and Terrorism sub-committee on behalf of the Department for International Trade. He founded the International Forum of Terrorism Risk Reinsurance Pools, which now has fifteen members across five continents, and is an active international advocate for the importance of public/private partnerships and international collaboration to tackle difficult-to-insure perils.
Outside work, Julian has been Chairman of the City Forum and of the Princes Trust Insurance Leadership Group. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Insurers and has been awarded the Freedom of the City of London. He is a visiting Professor at the University of Cranfield, and an Executive in Residence at the University of Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies where he chairs the Systemic Risk Research Consortium. Julian is the Immediate Past President of the Insurance Institute of London.
A keen golfer, Julian is a member of both the Royal Automobile Club and the Lloyd's Golf Club. He is married to Rachael and lives in Sussex with his three university aged children.

Kevin Bryant is Managing Director, US Public Entity Practice Leader at Marsh. He is responsible for the operational, colleague, client and market excellence for the Marsh US Public Entity Practice. Kevin ensures that state and local government and not-for-profit clients across the U.S. receive public sector expertise, insights, and transactional services. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry, with particular expertise in assisting clients - including nonprofits and public entities - with property, casualty and employee benefit strategies with an emphasis on cost containment. He began his career with Mass Mutual and achieved Life Member status for the prestigious Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT), an international, independent association of the world's most successful life insurance and financial services professionals. MDRT Life membership is recognized internationally as the highest standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services industry. Kevin was the first dual winner of Mass Mutual's Calbert L. Dings and Philip Howerton Awards. The Howerton award recognized the top senior Mass Mutual career agent in North and South Carolina. The Dings Award recognizes the top junior Mass Mutual career agent in North and South Carolina.
Kevin then created and built Marsh McLennan's first South Carolina based employee benefits practice to serve clients in the Southeast. He then became Mercer's Market, Sales and Business Leader for South Carolina where he managed over 25 consultants, analysts and client representatives.
Kevin joined Aon in 2007 for the opportunity to build Aon's first organic office in the firm's history. While at Aon, Kevin won 5 Aon Pinnacle Awards which are allotted to the top performing Aon offices in the US. As Resident Managing Director and Executive Relationship Leader for large complex clients. Kevin then resided within Aon's prestigious Elite Producers Council which was an initiative of Aon's Operating Committee to accelerate growth and client value. Mr. Yates joined Progress Energy's predecessor, Carolina Power & Light, in 1998. Mac Nadel is the Retail/Wholesale, Food & Beverage Industry Practice Leader (IPL) for the United States. In addition to his industry and client leadership roles, he leads the Connecticut Middle Market Practice, CT's Industry Practices Group and is the National Brokerage Team Leader in Norwalk, CT.
With the rapid pace of change and significant disruption taking place across the retail/wholesale and food and beverage industries, Mac leads a team of risk professionals who have a proven track record of delivering meaningful, cost-effective solutions to help clients intelligently manage risk, minimize volatility, increase operational performance, reduce cost and protect their balance sheet. Mac works closely with subject matter experts from across Marsh and MMC to effectively address the issues and challenges of the industry.
Mac regularly speaks at industry risk management conferences and has been recognized as a "Power Broker" for the Retail Industry segment by "Risk & Insurance" magazine.

Mick has over 30 years of experience in financial services having originally joined Mercer, Oliver Wyman's sister company in Marsh McLennan, in 1990. At Mercer, Mick was a Senior Partner and global head of the firm's Financial Strategy Group (FSG) - the team that leads on risk advisory work for large clients - based principally in Europe before moving to the US in 2009
Mick transferred to Oliver Wyman in 2012, was appointed Americas Head of Insurance in 2016, Global Co-Head of Insurance in 2018, and Global Head of Insurance & Asset Management in 2021

Pat Tomlinson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercer and Vice Chair of Marsh McLennan. Pat joined Mercer in 2014 as US and Canada Career business leader and, from 2018 to 2020, led the US East Market, where he guided Mercer's Health, Wealth, and Career businesses to meet ever-changing client needs. Mr. Beswick is Senior Vice President and the Global Chief Information Officer of Marsh McLennan. In this role, he manages over 5,000 technologists supporting Marsh McLennan's global businesses. Mr. Beswick is also the executive sponsor of the firm's Women in Technology Business Resource Group. Prior to his appointment as Marsh McLennan's CIO, Mr. Beswick held several positions at the Company including Deputy CIO and Global Head of Oliver Wyman Labs and the Digital Practice at Oliver Wyman. Over more than two decades with Oliver Wyman, he worked in various sectors, including financial services, retail, transportation, telecoms and consumer goods. Before this, Mr. Beswick headed Oliver Wyman's North American Retail Practice. Mr. Beswick holds an MA (first class) in chemical engineering from Cambridge University.
Mr. Young was Vice Chairman of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, a premier global agricultural processing and nutrition company, until his retirement at the end of 2022. Previously, he served as ADM's Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to April 2022. Prior to joining ADM, he lived and worked on four continents, serving in various senior executive roles at General Motors Company from 1986 to 2010, including as President of the Mercosur region of South America, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of International Operations, based in China. He serves on the boards of the International Paper Company, Hormel Foods Corporation and the American Cancer Society Illinois Division.

Mr. Mills was a senior executive at International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) before his retirement at the end of December 2015. Mr. Mills joined IBM in 1973 and during the course of his 40-plus-year career held various executive leadership positions across the Company. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Mills was the Executive Vice President of Software & Systems, with responsibility for directing IBM's $40 billion product business, which included over 100,000 employees spanning development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and support professions.
Ms. Ingram was the Global Chairman of Wunderman Thompson, an international global advertising agency, until the end of 2020. Ms. Ingram held previous roles at WPP plc, a media conglomerate, including Global CEO of J. Walter Thompson, Grey UK's Group CEO, Global Leader on their Procter & Gamble account, as well as roles at WPP's wholly owned data investment division, Kantar. Prior to joining WPP plc, Ms. Ingram was CEO of McCann Worldgroup in London and CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi's London office. Ms. Ingram previously served as a non-executive director of London Stock Exchange-listed companies Sage Group plc and Serco Group plc. She serves on the Board of Directors of Reckitt, is a Trustee of Save the Children International (UK) and was awarded an OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for her services to tourism through her work as Chairman of Visit London.
