Anthony K. Anderson

Mr. Anderson served as Vice Chair and Midwest Area Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP from 2006 until his retirement in April 2012. He joined Ernst & Young in 1977 and held various management positions during his 35-year career there. Mr. Anderson served on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from 2008 to 2010. He is a member of the American, California and Illinois Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Anderson is also a director of AAR Corp., Avery Dennison Corporation and Exelon Corporation. Bruce P. Nolop

Mr. Nolop retired in 2011 from E*TRADE Financial Corporation, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from September 2008 through 2010. Christophe is the Chief Executive Officer of Guy Carpenter France. As CEO, Christophe is responsible for overseeing broking activities across the French marketplace. Before being appointed to the role of CEO, he was a Managing Director in Guy Carpenter's Paris office and served as Deputy CEO in charge of the broking for both life and non-life insurance business. Christophe joined Guy Carpenter in 2010 from Aon Benfield, where he led a broking team and was a member of the directors' committee. Daniel Kaniewski is Managing Director, Public Sector, Marsh McLennan. In this role he leads enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver breakthrough perspectives and innovative solutions for public sector challenges. Prior to joining Marsh McLennan in February 2020, Dr. Kaniewski was the second-ranking official at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). As the agency's first Deputy Administrator for Resilience, he launched and led the disaster resilience programs that are now a cornerstone of FEMA's mission. In addition to his FEMA role, he was Chair of the Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD) High-Level Risk Forum, comprised of risk managers from the 36 OECD member nations. Prior to FEMA, he launched the global resilience practice at a leading catastrophe risk modeling firm, directed resilience programs at a DHS research center, and co-founded a homeland security think tank. Dr. Kaniewski was Special Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Senior Director for Response Policy in the George W. Bush Administration, where he managed over 200 Presidential disaster declarations at the White House. He earlier held positions at FEMA, the Congressional Fire Services Institute, and on Capitol Hill. Dan began his career in homeland security as a firefighter/paramedic. Dr. Kaniewski has previously served as a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, a member of the District of Columbia Homeland Security Commission, a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and on the adjunct faculty of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. Julian Enoizi is the Global Head of the Public Sector Practice at Guy Carpenter, the world-leading reinsurance broker part of Marsh McLennan. In a role specially created in April 2022 to make use of his exceptional public sector knowledge and profile, Julian works with public sector clients at national, state and local level across all geographic sectors served by Guy Carpenter and other Marsh and McLennan businesses. His focus is on understanding the particular insurance and reinsurance needs of public sector organisations and their private sector partners, and identifying existing and new insurance solutions which will enable Guy Carpenter to deliver the analysis, advice and data needed to optimise public sector decision-taking. Based in London, Julian travels globally to meet current and potential public sector clients. He is frequently asked to speak internationally and has given evidence to Parliamentary Enquiries as well as to the US Congress. Julian was previously CEO of Pool Re, the UK Government-backed terrorism reinsurance mutual, for almost a decade. He joined Pool Re with the mandate to bring a fresh perspective to a company that had changed little since its formation in 1993. He implemented a strategic change programme and led the negotiations with HM Treasury in two formal reviews of Pool Re's role. He repositioned the company as a champion of innovation and an international thought leader, spearheading a broader and more sophisticated underwriting proposition requiring an amendment to an Act of Parliament. He oversaw the negotiation of the world's largest terrorism retrocession programme as well as the launch of the world's first terrorism Catastrophe Bond. Working with politicians and civil service, he promoted partnership with the Home Office leading to investment in several risk mitigation projects. Julian is a graduate of the Universities of Birmingham and Limoges, holding a degree in Law and French Law, and a Diplome D'Etudes Juridiques Francaises. His fluency in French and Italian led him initially to practice law in London, Milan and Brussels. His subsequent experience in the insurance industry spans the markets in Lloyd's, London, the UK regions and Continental Europe. His early career saw him work at Chubb, at AIG Europe, at CNA as President of its Continental European Division based in Paris, and then as President and CEO of CNA Europe. In 2009, Julian became President and CEO of Argo International and from 2011 to 2013 was CEO of a private equity backed venture. He has always focused on businesses undergoing important strategic transitions under challenging circumstances. Julian has extensive experience of working on international and governmental advisory boards. These include the Advisory Board of the OECD International Network on the Financial Management of Large-scale Catastrophe, the CBI's Financial Services Council, the UK's National Preparedness Commission, the Clean Growth Leadership Network, and the Business of Resilience Taskforce where he chairs the Cyber and Terrorism sub-committee on behalf of the Department for International Trade. He founded the International Forum of Terrorism Risk Reinsurance Pools, which now has fifteen members across five continents, and is an active international advocate for the importance of public/private partnerships and international collaboration to tackle difficult-to-insure perils. Outside work, Julian has been Chairman of the City Forum and of the Princes Trust Insurance Leadership Group. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Insurers and has been awarded the Freedom of the City of London. Mr. Young was Vice Chairman of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, a premier global agricultural processing and nutrition company, until his retirement at the end of 2022. Previously, he served as ADM's Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to April 2022. Steven A. Mills

Mr. Mills was a senior executive at International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) before his retirement at the end of December 2015. Mr. Mills joined IBM in 1973 and during the course of his 40-plus-year career held various executive leadership positions across the Company. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Mills was the Executive Vice President of Software & Systems, with responsibility for directing IBM's $40 billion product business, which included over 100,000 employees spanning development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and support professions.

Tamara Ingram

Ms. Ingram was the Global Chairman of Wunderman Thompson, an international global advertising agency, until the end of 2020. Ms. Ingram held previous roles at WPP plc, a media conglomerate, including Global CEO of J. Walter Thompson, Grey UK's Group CEO, Global Leader on their Procter & Gamble account, as well as roles at WPP's wholly owned data investment division, Kantar. Prior to joining WPP plc, Ms. Ingram was CEO of McCann Worldgroup in London and CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi's London office.
