Alison Kennedy

Alison is self-motivated and friendly, which helps balance up the grumpy (only internally) members of staff. With over 10 years of experience Alison adds additional firepower to our finance team ensuring client transactions are always up to date and efficiently attended to.

Anna Maya

Job Titles:
  • Bookkeeper
Anna is one of the newer members of our team, she provides accounting services to a number of clients making sure their accounts and invoices are all kept up to date as well as regular monthly, quarterly and Annual Reporting requirements.

Carrie Findlay

Job Titles:

Carrie has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years and has an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services. Carrie operates as MLCS Corporate's Authorised Representative of Count Financial Services and provides Financial Planning advice as well as undertaking taxation services. Authorised to provide specialist advice in Self-Managed Superannuation, Business Insurance and Aged Care as well as investment advice across a range of products and services Carrie focuses on achieving the best outcomes for all of our clients. Known for her extensive collection of shoes and spilling coffee as she traverses the stairs Carrie is a bright and cheerful member of the team which is surprising given the enormous levels of compliance involved with both financial planning and taxation. Thankfully Carrie is a stickler for details.

Danielle Sarti

Job Titles:

Danielle acts as Client Liaison for many of our large clients and provides administrative support for clients, as well as within the MLCS Corporate offices to multiple clients. She has over 10 years' experience as a Legal Secretary and Personal Assistant prior to joining MLCS Corporate. Danielle truly is an exercise in perpetual motion and her enthusiasm and zest for life is infectious, whether it turns out to be a health risk remains to be seen.

David Austen

David brings over 25 years experience in bookkeeping and administration gained across a broad range of companies and environments. Enjoying the semi-rural life of the Adelaide Hills since moving from Queensland David still plays competitive cricket but it's safe to say not as a fast bowler.

Hyeon Wrightson

Hyeon is involved in all facets of the business, including accounting and business consulting and specialises in resolving complex accounting issues, human resource issues and in corporate governance. Hyeon has excellent technical knowledge, is highly organised and a gun at meeting deadlines.

Mark Lewis - Managing Director

Job Titles:

Mark's extensive experience spans over 35 years in a multitude of sectors including tourism, mining, investment banking, business advice and extensive and ongoing work with Indigenous groups all around Australia. Mark founded MLCS Corporate in 1992 and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, Registered Tax Agent and a Member of the Institute of Company Directors. Probably best described as a workaholic and spending 80% of his time travelling to clients around Australia. Mark is very highly regarded and constantly in demand by his clients who are as loyal to Mark as he is to them. Unfortunately for the staff at the office Mark's handwriting is not legible and his notes and instructions are rarely able to be deciphered to the point where not even Mark can read is own handwriting. He doesn't believe that typing will catch on. Mark sits on a number of boards as an external director and is a mad Adelaide Crows supporter and a cricket tragic regularly wearing team uniforms to the office on the day of a big game. Vocal in his cheering nobody wants to sit next to him at a game.

Michael Critchley

Michael provides strategic business advice, corporate and specialist tax services to a wide range of clients in both the private and not-for-profit sectors utilising extensive commercial knowledge gained in both the private sector and public practice over the past 30 years. He has in depth knowledge in the drafting and review of complex agreements and analysing business performance.

Natalie Bull

Natalie has an extensive career in finance, accounts and payroll for a wide range of organisations and clients small and large. Adept at day to day processing, reconciliations and end of period reporting Natalie is known for her outstanding client service, quick thinking and effective decision making. While being relatively new to the team at MLCS Corporate Natalie is a welcome addition who has shown initiative and problem solving to the benefit of the clients she works on.

Paul Case

Paul's expertise has a major focus on business planning, strategic planning, and development strategies to create wealth and business capacity for his clients. His industry expertise covers the retail, tourism and mining sectors and he has developed a niche offering to Native Title Claimants in exploring commercial opportunities associated with agreements. Spending a large amount of his time travelling to meet with clients across Australia Paul is highly regarded and has an extensive list of contacts across many areas. Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of commercial experience and is a Registered Company Auditor and oversees our Financial Planning activities. Paul sits on a number of boards as an external director and he supports Port Power trying to balance out Mark's one-eyed enthusiasm. Fond of a good glass of red wine his nickname is Basket…

Peter Marin

Job Titles:

Peter works with businesses, individuals, families and community groups predominantly in the indigenous sector, developing business plans and undertaking Grant Applications across a broad range of areas. Travelling extensively around Australia, Peter has qualifications in agricultural and natural resource sciences and initially became involved in working with Indigenous clients via his work with the Indigenous Land Corporation and Department of Primary Industries and Regions, South Australia (PIRSA). Peter also specialises in the delivery of corporate governance training to a wide variety of clients on behalf of the Australian Institute of Company Directors as well as courses and training through MLCS. Always dressed like a model in a casual photo shoot Peter holds the title of the second best dressed member of staff.

Rachel Fortier

Rebecca Brooks

Rebecca (Bec) works in all facets of the business including administration, accounting and business consulting as well as overseeing much of the Executive Administration services that MLCS Corporate undertake for clients as well as working closely with the Directors and clients, particularly relating to preparing board packs and minuting meetings, as well as providing day to day support for clients between meetings.

Roxanne Lines

  • Senior Trust Administration Officer
Roxanne primarily works to ensure our Executive Administration Services run smoothly in conjunction with Bec and provides support to other sections of the business. Bringing an eclectic range of skills from bookkeeping to report and presentation writing, proofreading and database management Roxanne works part-time and this may explain her ready smile.
