HEARCARE AUDIOLOGY - Key Persons
Beth Johnson has been with HearCare Audiology going on 6 years now, where she is currently the Front Office Manager. A native of New Rochelle, New York, she started her career at Cantor Fitzgerald in the World Trade Center where she worked for 8 years. She then married and raised two beautiful girls. Beth and her family spent most of the 1990's living abroad in London, England and Milan, Italy before making their way back to Florida.
Beth has been involved in customer service for much of her life. Prior to coming to Hear Care she worked in jewelry sales as production manager, as well as retail sales. She is glad to have entered the audiology field where she finds fulfillment in engaging with her community, and from helping people regain their hearing and independence.
Outside of the clinic, Beth enjoys making authentic Italian marinara sauce, and surprise trips to HomeGoods. Beth also enjoys leisurely weekday strolls with her daughter Kendall, who works locally as a nurse; as well as backstage zoo tours with her daughter Kyle, who is an ACSM-certified exotics veterinarian on the east coast. Beth relishes a long weekend where she can spend time with both children at the same time (they even have matching robes).

Eileen Olson is from Kansas City, MO, but has spent the majority of her life in Sarasota, FL. Eileen completed her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. She is currently just 3 courses shy of her MBA from Webster University.
Eileen grew up with a mother who was an Audiologist and has been exposed to hearing healthcare her whole life. She remembers going on appointments with her mom as a young girl and witnessing how her mom's attentive care and genuine connection would light her patients up. Witnessing the hearing smiles that accompanied her mother's visits was enough to propel Eileen into hearing healthcare. Eileen believes good communication is essential to every person's happiness and overall well-being.
Her favorite thing about the HearCare Audiology team is "working with others who are as passionate as I am about improving patients' lives through better hearing."
Outside of the office, Eileen and her husband Jeff, have 3 beautiful daughters. She loves to exercise and can be found weight training in the gym, running outdoors, and enjoys hot yoga. She loves to paint (especially with watercolor), enjoys reading, cooking and most weekends can be found boating with her family.
Joyce Reall was born in Indiana, at the age of 15 she moved to Sarasota, FL with her parents. After high school she received my LPN degree and worked in the medical field until she started working for HearCare in 2003. Joyce has 2 married children and 4 grandchildren and 1 on the way. She has been married for 45 years. She enjoys taking walks with her husband in the evening and visiting her grandchildren in Indiana.
Megan is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved south to Sarasota in 1995. Once settled in Sarasota, Megan completed courses at St. Petersburg College in American Sign Language (ASL). While attending college she waitressed and bartended at some well known restaurants in town, such as Patrick's and Geckos. Continuing her education, Megan earned her associates degree at Keiser University.
Megan has two beautiful children, a daughter and son who she says are growing up way too fast! In her spare time, Megan enjoys working out including running and has completed three half marathons. Megan has a strong desire to take care of people and genuinely sees the best in everyone, she looks forward to greeting you at HearCare!
