Renaissance Benefit Advisors was founded in 1996 by Richard Scarborough. Renaissance has provided human resources and Employee Benefit Solutions for small, medium, and large-sized businesses who wanted to manage their risks predominately in the "Fully Insured" Market... Since inception, we have offered a wide range of competitive HR, payroll, tax and benefits administration solutions from a single source; in 2012 we completely changed our business model along with our dba "Renaissance Employer Solutions." While we still offer these services, our primary focus turned to Self-Funded Medical Captives and Direct Primary Care Contracting.
