Catherine joined MPN in 2011 with 15 years of experience in client relations and working with industry-leading companies. She earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Lethbridge and has since offered innovative ideas and strategies to help MPN become a leader in the industry. Catherine's works closely with the partners to ensure that the business leverages all opportunities to reach its vision of the future. Catherine continues to efficiently manage the Accounting and Administration functions of MPN.

Judith is responsible for managing all Human Resources and Safety functions at MPN. Originally from the UK, Judith began her career as a Registered Nurse, graduating from the University of Nottingham. She has since gained experience and achievements that have taken her around the world.
Judith effectively manages all aspects of human resources, including hiring, payroll, and a host of other business management functions. As the lead in Safety for MPN she has supported MPN through COR audits for 11 consecutive years achieving above 95% on each. Judith is organized, detailed, and dedicated to completing tasks to excellence.
Matthew, is responsible for ensuring that MPN stays on track. He works directly with each department to ensure the strategic direction of the business is maintained. Matthew brings both a strong education and practical background to the company, having studied Engineering at Simon Fraser University and Math at McGill University. He began his career in the architecture and construction industries in Montreal. As an owner Matthew continues to work directly with client and oversees the estimating department to ensure each project is executed with precision.
Saul oversees all aspects of construction spanning Alberta and B.C. He effectively maintains the smooth operations of each project by utilizing his exceptional communication skills. Saul has grown with MPN since 2004 and is now an owner. He has learned from the best and is proficient in all aspects of project management. Clients know him as the go-to person for questions about ongoing projects. Saul has a unique ability to communicate effectively with employees, trades, and clients at all levels. His work ethic and approachability have earned him the respect of everyone on site.
