Arvind Srinivasan

Arvind Srinivasan was named Vice President of Neapco's Global engineering and research and development functions in June 2013. In this role, Arvind is responsible for Neapco's corporate global product development activities in conjunction with Neapco's operating units. Arvind has more than 20 years of industry experience and previously served in various engineering and leadership positions at AAM, Visteon and Dana. Prior to joining Neapco, he led the engineering and product development for constant velocity joints and propshafts at AAM. Before joining AAM, he served in product engineering positions specializing in halfshafts and constant velocity joint designs at Visteon and Dana. Arvind holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo with a thesis focused on constant velocity joint design and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.

Bryan P. Wolff

Bryan Wolff is the Vice President of Global Purchasing for Neapco Holdings, LLC. In this role, Bryan oversees all global procurement and supplier development activities and has been commissioned to develop and maintain a diverse and stable supply base capable of meeting Neapco's high-quality requirements and expectations. Bryan joined the Neapco Driveline procurement team in 2009, ultimately being named director of purchasing overseeing regional procurement activities. He transitioned to Neapco Holdings, LLC in 2015. Prior to joining Neapco, he earned 10 years of supply chain experience with DaimlerChrysler AG and Chrysler LLC in various roles within purchasing, logistics, supply and strategy. Bryan holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is an Evans Scholars alumni, a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and currently resides in Ann Arbor with his wife and daughter.

Christopher A. Fenton - VP

Chris Fenton is Vice President, Global Quality & Continuous Improvement. Based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Chris has global responsibility for Neapco's Quality and Continuous Improvement programs. Prior to this appointment, Chris served as Vice President, Operations, Europe & Asia. Chris has more than 33 years of industry experience and previously held leadership and operations positions of increasing responsibility at Bosch, TRW, Kohler and Piston Automotive. Prior to joining Neapco, Chris served as Piston Automotive's Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. Chris spent a significant amount of his career living and working internationally, completing expatriate assignments in Europe (Germany) and Southeast Asia (Thailand). Chris also spent three years working in Juarez, Mexico launching Greenfield operations for Bosch. Chris is a Michigan native and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a focus on Operations Management and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Chris is both an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). Chris currently resides in Brighton, Michigan.

Erik Leenders

Erik Leenders is the Chief Revenue Officer, Neapco Holdings, LLC. In this position, Erik is responsible for leading the Global Automotive Sales organization, which includes developing and implementing revenue growth and profit optimization strategies that align with Neapco's objectives. In addition, Erik focuses on analyzing evolving market trends to assure Neapco remains the number one choice of our customers. He is supported by professional teams with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to his current role, Erik was Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing, and Strategy. Before joining Neapco, Erik served in various roles within both automotive OEMs and Tier One suppliers over a combined 29 years of experience. His prior roles include various operational and leadership functions at Ford, Visteon, tedrive and within Neapco. Erik graduated from the Automation Engineering program at the University of Applied Sciences, Aachen, Germany. In addition, he holds a Master's degree in Automotive Systems Engineering from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. He currently resides in the metro Detroit area with his wife and three children.

Kenneth (Ken) Hopkins is the President and Chief Executive Officer, Neapco Holdings, LLC. Ken is charged with guiding a dedicated and talented executive staff, supported by experienced management teams and a committed workforce with operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Neapco in 2014, Ken was Chief Operating Officer of JTEKT North America, responsible for all North American bearing, driveline and steering operations and overseeing more than 20 facilities with sales exceeding $2.4 billion. Ken joined JTEKT Corporation in 2010 through an acquisition of the needle bearing division from the Timken Company. He was confirmed as a Managing Officer of the JTEKT Corporation in June 2013. Notably, he was the first non-Japanese executive to be named a Managing Officer of JTEKT. Prior to joining JTEKT, Ken spent five years at the Timken Company, his last role as president of the global needle roller bearings business division. He joined Timken in 2004 as vice president of strategy and innovation and in 2006 became the vice president of the company's European automotive business. From 2001 to 2004 Ken served as the director of global marketing at Motorola Automotive. Prior to Motorola, Ken served in several capacities for Johnson Controls and Bosch, where he spent 10 years in business management, sales and engineering. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and resides in the metro Detroit area with his family. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Original Equipment Supplier Association and sits on the board of a private company. In his spare time, he works with several community and faith-based organizations.

Neil A. Wasylewski

Neil Wasylewski is the Vice President of Global Program Management, Neapco Holdings, LLC. Neil leads global project teams in pursuit of flawless product launches and improvement of the company's global infrastructure. Prior to his current cole, Neil served as the general manager of Neapco Asia. Neil has served in roles with OEMs and Tier One suppliers alike, with various positions at American Axle, Ford, Visteon and within Neapco. Neil has led the global project and strategy teams across a broad spectrum of the automotive chassis area, including steering, suspension components, half car suspension/frame modules, corner modules, brakes, exhaust and drivelines. Neil currently holds 11 U.S. patents and 12 additional patents internationally. He completed undergraduate and graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Neil currently resides in southeast Michigan with his wife and three sons.

Ray Adamczyk

Ray Adamczyk serves as Executive Vice President, Manufacturing Operations, NA Driveline. In this position, Ray is responsible for developing and driving initiatives that put Neapco on the leading edge of manufacturing technology and processes. Prior to his current role, Ray was the Vice President and General Manager of Neapco Drivelines tasked with planning, building, opening and operationalizing Neapco's Saltillo facility. Before joining Neapco, Ray spent 20 years in various roles with Ford, Visteon and ACH, including numerous progressive engineering and manufacturing positions culminating with his appointment and service as Plant Manager of the ACH Monroe facility. Ray graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, he holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Michigan State. He currently resides in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Scott Kalkofen - President

Scott Kalkofen serves as President Components, VP Mfg Operations, NA Drivelines & EU. In his role, Scott is responsible for current performance and future strategy and growth of Neapco's Belleville and Mexico operations, working in partnership with functional leadership in Farmington Hills. Scott joined Neapco in 2008 as the first Material Planning & Logistics Manager in the Drivelines Business Unit. In this role, he was instrumental to building out the operations of the Belleville facility, as well as creating and implementing best practice Material Planning & Logistics vision, strategy, policies and procedures. In 2011, Scott was promoted to Director of Material Planning and Purchasing. In 2014, Scott assumed the role of Plant Manager at the Belleville facility responsible for managing the profitable growth of the Drivelines Business Unit. Under his leadership, the Belleville facility increased revenue by $120 million between 2014 and 2019 due to the passion and teamwork of the Drivelines and Functional Business Unit support teams. Scott's career started in 1995 at Ford Motor Company, where he held roles in Distribution, Scheduling and New Model Engineering. In 1998, Scott moved to Ford's Monroe Stamping Plant, serving in progressive positions over ten years and culminating with his role as Material Planning & Logistics Manager. Scott holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in Material and Logistics Management. Scott is a native of Michigan and currently resides in Canton, Michigan with his wife and four children.
