Andy worked with Charlotte, North Carolina-based Asana Partners to enter and acquire over 631,494 sf of legacy assets throughout the Salt Lake City market. Some of those properties include a mixed-use retail and office property called Pierpont Avenue, the iconic adaptive reuse office property, the Ford Building. A mixed-use retail and office building called Plaza 7-21, and the premier East Bench neighborhood retail center, Foothill Village. All of these acquisitions are notable on their own but combined it tells a very powerful story of Andy's ability to assist clients with their strategic goals.

Brandon has a bachelor's degree in finance. What sets him apart from other real estate agents is his background in construction and business ownership. Brandon moved into commercial Real Estate in 2007 at Prudential Commercial. He was invited to help start the Utah County Office for Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008 which was later purchased by Colliers International in March of 2018. Brandon decided in May 2020 to make the move to Mountain West Commercial to further enhance his commercial real estate career and provide better service to his clients.
