Beverly is the consummate networker. She is involved with several professional organizations: Co-founder of the very first Women's Networking Business Group North of Boston in 1981; a former member of the Women's Presidents Organization and a former member of The Commonwealth Institute; trusted supporter of the MIT ENTERPRISE FORUM and the Mass Hi-Tech Leadership Council and many MEETUP groups. Beverly has been very fortunate to have traveled around the GLOBE and continues to do so as she seeks out cities and countries from which her business friends have originated.

Claire is the "go to" person at NDT when things need to get done. She is the kind voice who answers the phones and the helpful professional who helps answer questions from candidates and client company contacts. Claire appreciates the importance of building strong, positive relationships with people, and brings that value to her work at NDT. When she is not busy at NDT, Claire is an accomplished artist whose work has been on display at several notable galleries.

Larry is the second generation of leadership at the firm. Respected and connected in the High Technology Industry, Larry is often quoted in the news for his knowledge of the job market in high technology. He is a seasoned "hunter" for the best and brightest talent, a skilled negotiator, and a calm and strategic resource when it comes to assisting his client companies and candidates on hiring and career decisions. Anyone who has worked with Larry knows that he is addicted to e-mail and makes himself available to his candidates and client companies 24/7.

Marcia brings over 3 decades of experience to the table. Since 2003, Marcia has worked as a business partner with NDT's President, Beverly A. Kahn, and Vice President of Recruiting, Larry S. Kahn. Marcia appreciates the value of "human contact" that often gets lost in a computerized world. Her passion for Operations Management comes from her love of personal interaction and organizational excellence. Marcia continuously gains the respect and admiration of those with whom she collaborates, advises, and supports. On the Technical side, Marcia is responsible for overseeing and managing the NDT computer systems/software and provides technical support for desktop users. Away from work Marcia enjoys reading and spending time with her Siamese cat, Sasha.
