Austin Brantley or "AB" as we call him came to us a few years ago and his a HUGE Asset to our Beachfront Team. He's an excellent Superintendent and while working full time managing our job sites he's recently obtained his certification in Construction Project Management.
Austin Long has had years of project management experience and a true asset to our team. He is on every job-site, daily to ensure our Subs are staying on track, our work is meeting our level of quality we expect and our city inspections are passed.
David Shoultz has been building and renovating homes his entire life. Growing up in MN he worked all of his summers in high school building homes. After joining the military and going to college, he started to buy, renovate and sell homes as a hobby while working in Technology. He has an excellent eye for quality work, and holds each of our projects up to a very high standard. Read more about David Here

David and his wife Ivana were recently given a TV Show on a national network (more details to come) for ‘flipping homes' here in South Florida that will air in March, 2018 that we are very excited about.
Ivana Shoultz, from Buenos Aires Argentina, is the owner and real Estate Broker for partner company Beachfront Properties and a huge asset to our team. She speaks 4 languages, has 3 master degrees and wealth of knowledge when it comes to investments and finding us deals.
Jonathan Padron graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Construction Management and Building Science, while also receiving an OSHA 30 certification for construction safety and regulations. Jonathan approaches every job with discipline and passion, communicates well while managing jobs the majority of our permitting process, building inspections, plan review and much more.
Kayla has a bachelors degree in Advertising & Marketing. She works in many areas of our business and is constantly keeping us plugged into the social marketing scene, and promoting our business. She is also a real estate agent for our sister company Beachfront Properties. We are very lucky to have her.
Sarah has a bachelors degree in communication and over five years experience managing large construction projects.
