He brings 25 years of experience in client- and supplier-side market research, consulting, corporate management and academics. Mike has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary and multinational teams to assess customer and stakeholder needs, to analyze the trendlines shaping the future context of those needs, and to develop new products, services, and strategies with optimal chances of success within likely scenarios. Mike's work has touched most business functions and areas of consumer experience, with special emphasis on the broad food chain (from dirt to table) and sectors including agriculture, foodservice, telecoms, manufacturing, community relations, and healthcare. Mike is also a fanatical heirloom tomato grower with a family farm in Louisiana.
