Clark has been President and CEO of SALT since 1978. Clark assists the Board of Directors in the development of policies that determine which affordable housing projects to facilitate. A founder of NFH, Clark has more than 30 years of private and public real estate experience. Clark is also the founder, President and CEO of Suburban Alternatives Land Trust (SALT) and has been a member of the Marin Economic Commission since 2001, representing the North Bay Council.
