NASHVILLE CRIMINAL LAW REPORT

Since opening my law practice 26 years ago in 1994, I have dedicated myself to helping those accused of various criminal allegations. I have defended extremely serious charges ranging from first degree murder, child rape to DUI, as well as misdemeanor charges, like shoplifting and drug possession... I have extensively studied trial practice and I have actively used focus groups for trial preparation in order to better serve my clients. My resources include two private investigators, one of whom is a former homicide detective, and the other, a trucking and automobile accident investigator. When necessary, I utilize experts across the nation in the defense of my criminal and DUI cases.
