Through unofficial dialogues (Track I.5 and II), and public education programs, the NCAFP aims to provide influential policy recommendations with the goal of maintaining channels of communication and dialogue, and prioritizing tools of diplomacy and statecraft to resolve international conflicts and diffuse tensions.
