Charles Hall is a native of Auburn, Alabama, where he grew up with a strong exposure to agricultural extension and the land grant university. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in international relations from the University of South Carolina.
Charles lives in Hillsborough, NC, with his wife, Sharon. Prior to returning to work for the NCSPA, Charles and Sharon lived in Germany for 3 years where he worked for the United States Soybean Export Council. In his free time, Charles enjoys mountain biking, paddle boarding, and spending time with his two daughters.

Faith joined the NCSPA in September of 2021 as the Outreach Coordinator. In this role, Faith has the important task of communicating the message of North Carolina's soybean farmers to the consumer audience. Faith began her career after graduating from Clemson University where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Plant in Environmental Science. Wanting to develop a hand-on understanding of agriculture, Faith also spent time working at the farms and orchards around Clemson. In her free time, Faith enjoys board games, playing tennis, and walking her Spaniel, Shiloh.

Jeff joined the NCSPA in October of 2022 as the Research Coordinator. In his position, Jeff is responsible for managing strategic investments in research projects and determining long-term research priorities. He received Bachelor's degrees in Animal Science and Poultry Science from NC State University. He also earned a Master's degree in Crop Science from NC State University.
Jeff is a native of Mt. Gilead, North Carolina which is in Montgomery County. His family operated a corn, soybean, wheat and beef cattle farm. On the family farm is where a lifelong passion for agriculture was cultivated. Jeff and his wife Amy have four children and currently reside in Mills River, NC. His personal interests include Wolfpack athletics, farm machinery and cooking.

Vicky Clark joined NCSPA in July 2021 as the Office Manager, where she fulfills the accounts management duties of the association. She previously served as the administrative associate to the Directors of Emergency Services and Centralized Nursing Support Services at UNC REX Healthcare. Vicky earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Though she moved to North Carolina from the Midwest over 15 years ago, she still cherishes fond memories of summers spent at her great-grandparent's tobacco farm in Kentucky. Vicky currently lives in Wake Forest, NC with her husband Mike and their two dogs, Lucy and Indy. She enjoys gardening, learning bass guitar, attending live concerts, and taking part in the occasional amateur barbecue competition.
