David Boden

David Boden is a Member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario with a diploma in Massage Therapy from Sir Sandford Fleming College. David offers a diverse range of techniques with a fresh perspective for manual therapy. Coming from a broad background in fitness with experience working as a personal trainer, David is meticulous in providing his clients with a personalized treatment approach. Using a wide variety of skills to facilitate an optimal path to feeling one's best self, he is able and eager to address any challenges and or complications that clients may present. David is looking forward to connecting with the community and continuing to grow as a Massage Therapist in Bowmanville.

Dr. Christina Princiotta

Dr. Christina Princiotta has been a practicing chiropractic since 2012 and is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the Ontario Chiropractic Association. Dr. Princiotta played competitive soccer most of her young life. It was a soccer injury that first introduced her to chiropractic, and its tremendous benefits motivated her to pursue a career in it. She graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and also holds an Honours Specialization degree in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario. Continually driven to build upon her skills as a healthcare practitioner, she is also certified in clinical acupuncture and educated in Active Release Technique - a specialized muscle technique. It is the tremendous improvements in patients' quality of life that motivates her each and every day.

Sarah J. Walker

Sarah J. Walker has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002 and is a member of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. Upon graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College with honors, Sarah has continued to pursue and update her education and has completed the following continuing education credits to help further her techniques. These include Scapular stretch and Rotator Cuff release 1 and 11, S.I. Joint dysfunction, Advanced Sports Massage Therapy 1 and 11, Lymphatic Drainage, Advanced Cupping and Acupressure. Her ultimate goal is to treat a diverse range of conditions in adults and children. Sarah loves spending time with her family, camping, playing volleyball and is constantly training for her personal best in her love for running and yoga.
