Chelsey Coslett joined NEPIRC in 2020 and serves as the organization's Manager of Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement. She is responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing department and its initiatives, which include marketing strategy, marketing communication, public relations, brand awareness and positioning, mission advocacy and awareness and event planning - all of which work together to successfully connect and engage with NEPIRC's stakeholders. Over the course of her career, Chelsey has worked with businesses and organizations of all sizes, ranging from small nonprofits to international Fortune 500 companies. She has a passion for brainstorming, project and account management, marketing strategy, the written word and cultivating client relationships. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication, with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in advertising from Flagler College, located in St. Augustine, FL.

Courtney joined NEPIRC in July 2022 as the firm's Business Advisor who will oversee Columbia and Luzerne counties. Courtney comes to NEPIRC from Alphia where she served as Senior Order Fulfillment Analyst. Courtney also enjoyed success as Global Business Analyst and Manager for Genpact and has experience in the hospitality and food management sector. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is skilled in project management, process improvement, automation and change management. Drew joined the NEPIRC staff in 2013. Prior to NEPIRC, Drew spent nearly 20 years in public accounting rising to the level of partner in the Scranton firm of Ginader, Jones & Co., LLP. Although Drew provided services in all aspects of accounting, tax and business consulting, he specialized in auditing. Over the years, he has performed or supervised over 100 audits of a very diverse clientele ranging from manufacturers to retailers in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. As Executive Vice President & CFO, Drew manages all aspects of our accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger; receivables, payables, payroll, revenue and expenses. He oversees the preparation and analysis of the monthly internal financial statements as well as quarterly and annual reports required by our governmental stakeholders. He is also responsible for operational and grant budgeting. Drew also provides accounting/business consulting services to our manufacturers. His services include ratio/trend analysis, evaluations of internal controls pertaining to accounting systems to identify weaknesses and develop controls and procedures to minimize risks associated with those weaknesses. Drew is a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Jayne F. Evans

Jayne serves as NEPIRC's accountant and is responsible for all routine accounting transactions including cash disbursements and accounts payable, invoicing and accounts receivable, payroll and benefit administration, and fixed asset management. Jayne helps clients resolve any invoicing or payment questions and is responsible for processing payments for all third-party projects. Jayne's ability, accuracy and insight help NEPIRC upper management make prudent financial decisions with respect to acquiring resources, investing in technology, providing project financing options to clients, and pricing its services. Jayne helps NEPIRC preserve its financial strength, develop and implement sound financial internal controls, and maintain its compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Jayne has a Business Certificate and an Accounting Certificate through Pennsylvania State University. Jayne has been with NEPIRC since 1994.

Jenelle Osborne

Jenelle Osborne joined NEPIRC in December 2023 as NEPIRC's Manufacturing Ambassador Dream Team Project Coordinator. The objective of NEPIRC's Manufacturing Ambassador Dream Team is to connect young manufacturing professionals to high school and community college students to build awareness of the viable manufacturing careers in our region. In her role as Dream Team Project Coordinator, Jenelle conducts school outreach to book in-school presentation dates, arranges Dream Team involvement in career fairs and summer youth camps and coordinates Dream Team Ambassador schedules and events. As of March 2024, Jenelle has accepted a full-time position as NEPIRC's Manufacturing Talent Stream Coordinator. Jenelle's efforts will address the attraction and retention of qualified talent for our local manufacturers. Jenelle joined NEPIRC with 10 years' experience as a human resource professional at a world-class casino where she played an integral role leading the onboarding process, training, internal events and communications for the property. In her spare time, Jenelle participates in several fundraising efforts within her community, volunteers at her church and was selected as homeroom coordinator at her son's school. Jenelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from Misericordia University in 2005.

Leo's career encompasses over twenty years of diverse industrial and DoD experience with professional positions in engineering, product/business development, marketing and sales. He is highly experienced in building relationships, understanding customer requirements and leading teams to meet common objectives. Additionally, Leo has extensive international marketing and sales experience that includes working with organizations in Europe, the Far East and Southeast Asia. Randy joined NEPIRC in 2015. He has an extensive background in Information Technology, Networking, Server Configuration and Technical Consulting. Prior to working for NEPIRC, Randy worked as an IT professional in the health care industry where he worked as a programmer, network administrator, systems analyst and network designer. At NEPIRC, Randy is responsible for all of the technology decisions for the organization, NEPIRC's information systems, managing and maintaining NEPIRC's customer relationship management portal, multimedia studio and innovation space engagements including photography and video creation, and running NEPIRC's website. Randy is also responsible for state and federal project reporting. Taylor Burdick joined NEPIRC in 2023 and serves as the organization's Marketing and Special Events Assistant. She is a Pennsylvania State University graduate, earning a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in corporate communication. Taylor was recognized for her high standard of scholarship and her commitment to professional and public service by being inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association Honor Society. During her tenure at Penn State, Taylor exhibited her exceptional skills as an English tutor, a position she held for three years. Her love for literature is evident through her passion for reading poetry and fiction and her ability to craft short stories and poems. Taylor most recently served as a communications intern at The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, where she honed her communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to her professional pursuits, Taylor has established herself as a reliable and dedicated pet-sitter through her own business, Taylor Alice's Pet Sitting Services, which she has been running since 2015.
