Matt Neumann, a second-generation family business owner, has been working in real estate development, home building and solar development for 20 years.
He is the Chairman and CEO at Neumann Companies, a family company creating a family of companies in the residential development and home building industry and is one of the largest home builders in Wisconsin. He is also a Founder and Chairman of SunVest Solar, Wisconsin's largest solar developer and is ranked as one of the top 10 solar developers in America.
His business teams have been widely recognized both nationally and locally for their successes over the years. They have been named numerous times on the list of fastest growing privately owned companies in America by Inc. 5000 Magazine. Matt was awarded 40 under 40 by the Business Journal, Professional Builder and Midwest Renewable Energy News. He was also recently awarded the Wisconsin Way Future Leader of the Year. In addition, Matt received the Builder/Developer of the Year from his peers in the Metropolitan Builders Association.
Matt and his wife Amy reside in both Arizona and Wisconsin with their four children: Max, Brooke, Hailey and Alisa. Their family is active in their church, other charities in the community and remain committed to their family's core purpose.
