Novetics was formed to illuminate the process of change and to drive innovation success - where "innovation" spans products, services, policies and ideas in: profit, not-for-profit and governmental sectors... Novetics was founded by Dr. Douglas Olsen after many years of market research consulting, where he observed that many good ideas in the market appeared to be failing and many bad ones seemed to hang around forever... Novetics promotes insight through management consulting, speaking/training, and the provision of planning/analytical tools and resources.
