NGĀI TAHU MĀORI LAW CENTRE

The Ngāi Tahu Māori Law Centre is one of 24 Community Law Centres in Aotearoa, based in Dunedin. We were established in 1993 by our three local Ngāi Tahu Rūnaka; Te Rūnanga o Moeraki, Kāti Huirapa Rūnaka ki Puketeraki and Te Rūnaka o Ōtākou. We are funded primarily by the Ministry of Justice... We provide a free legal service for Māori land matters and aim to educate and empower all members of our community.
