Our first FRAT App was released over 10 years ago. This is our 3rd version. The goal when making this one was to cover more than just a FRAT. We added many different question types and allow you to customize forms for your program... We also have a template section that will be updated regularly, access to templates is included... When creating forms, you assign it to a specific group. Users can be in multiple groups and will only see forms assigned to their groups. As an example you could have separate FRATs for Turbojet and Helicopters.
