NIOCHIM

Lisichansk has always been known for its soda ash plant. Ernest Solvay built this plant in late 19th century basing on the unique process that is used even today. Specialists of Scientific and Research Institute of Basic Chemistry (Kharkiv, Ukraine) were invited to the plant by people's deputy Sergey Dunaev and believe that new plant project is quite realistic. NIOCHIM will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2023 and has gained international recognition during its existence.
