More than this though, he has honed his design eye, and general production knowledge. He has collaborated with clients ranging from the national to international, possesses excellent communication and written skills, and strives for a strong team dynamic and culture at the heart of every project, building comradery between all involved to deliver the maximum creative potential and highest quality results. Matthew holds a Bachelors of Fine Art in Visual Arts with a Minor in English from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Digital Media from the Centre for Digital Media, SFU / Emily Carr.

Before setting up his own shop, Ullrich worked as an art director and creative director for national advertising agencies in Toronto and Vancouver. He has created successful marketing communication campaigns for regional and international organizations such as Universal Dynamics, Sierra Wireless and the Advanced Systems Institute. Ullrich has been a past-president of the American Marketing Association and is involved in many technology-based organizations.
