Dave Albright joined North Memorial Health in 2018 as the Vice President of Finance and became Chief Financial Officer in 2023. He has an extensive background in healthcare finance, including long tenures at Allina/Abbott Northwestern and HCMC. During his time at Allina, he was instrumental in forming a system finance and support team structure that also included working in payor contracting. He has played a key leadership role in building out North Memorial Health's finance department and leading the organization's overall payer negotiations strategy.

Dawn Backlund was named Chief Compliance Officer at North Memorial Health in 2020. She provides strategic direction and oversight of our compliance, privacy and risk management programs to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, internal policies and standards of conduct. Dr. J. Kevin Croston was appointed Chief Executive Officer for North Memorial Health in April 2015. He is a general surgeon, specializing in traumatic injury. Dr. Croston joined North Memorial Health in 1993. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as the President of Population Health & Ambulatory Services and served as Chief Medical Officer, overseeing North Memorial Health's physician organization.

Dr. Ahmed is a physician leader whose interests and expertise center around finding innovative solutions to complex problems at the individual as well as system level.
