Andrew has 35 years professional experience in the Northland District. His current interests include commercial property management, telecommunication facilities, subdivision management, land acquisition and disposal, compensation valuations for Earthquake Commission, marketing supervision and administration of farm leases.
Dave attends to management of commercial and residential property portfolios and is responsible for Office Management.
Josiah studied at Massey University where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation and Property Management. In March 2015 Josiah began his valuation career working with Northland Valuers in the Whangarei office. His principle focus is on Commercial property.
Karen began working in the Whangarei office in 2015 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Urban Valuation) at Massey University in 2016. She is now a Registered Valuer with a primary focus on Commercial property in Whangarei, Bream Bay and Kaipara.
Matthew has been a registered valuer since 1985. He has extensive experience in the valuation and finance sectors working in a number of different locations around the North Island. Now based in Warkworth Matthew values farms, forestry land, coastal, residential and lifestyle properties
Zane has 20 years post registration valuation experience. He is based in the Kaitaia office and provides a comprehensive range of valuation and property advice on rural, residential and commercial property. Zane has considerable experience with specialist avocado orchard and compensation valuations. He is actively involved in the community having coached rugby teams for several years. He enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hunter, fisherman and scuba diver.
