In business since 1881, today Omaha Beef Company operates out of a 40,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that has separate coolers for poultry, pork, and boxed beef, as well as a separate room for fresh lamb and veal. The plant is an HACCP-certified and USDA-inspected facility with a newly renovated processing area that allows us to produce superior ground beef, hamburger patties, and Italian sausage. As a protein specialist, Omaha Beef Company offers both custom cuts as well as a dry-aged program.
