Carolyn Van Dorn

Job Titles:
  • Director of Client and Employee Relations
Carolyn has been with Nursing Unlimited for nearly 25 years and has worked in almost all capacities for the company. Carolyn is responsible for managing payroll and billing services along with acting as a community liaison and consultant. She is an expert (and is accredited) in Dementia and Alzheimer's care and teaches a class on the subject for a local support group.

Jennifer Dill

Job Titles:
  • Director of Nursing
Jennifer has been with Nursing Unlimited since 1996. She began working in the field caring for our patients. In 2002, she moved in-office with the responsibility of managing our field nurses and nurse aides. For the last several years, Jennifer has taken on the role of Director of Nursing. Jennifer is vital in supporting and leading Nursing Unlimited's entire field staff of over 150 nurse and nurse aides.

Jonathan Boos

Jonathan has been involved with Nursing Unlimited since early 2000. He is currently responsible for various financial aspects of the company and also focuses on building and expanding industry relationships.

Lisa Tinker

Job Titles:
  • Office Administrator
Lisa has been with Nursing Unlimited for almost 20 years. She is responsible for maintaining office services by organizing procedures, specifically for hiring practices and the day-to-day operations of Nursing Unlimited.

Pamela Boos - Founder

Prior to founding Nursing Unlimited, Pamela had a successful career as a Nurse in both hospital and in-home settings. In 1980, she saw a need for quality home care in the Metro Detroit area and founded Nursing Unlimited. When she started Nursing Unlimited there were only a handful of home care companies in the state. Now there are hundreds. Besides her involvement with Nursing Unlimited, Pamela is a passionate supporter of charitable organizations such as the Children's cancer foundation, St. Jude's Children's hospital and the Michigan Humane Society. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family; especially her grand children.
