Prequalification Scheme: Performance Management and Services, A NSW Procurement presentation about the review of the Performance Management and Services Prequalification Scheme. This evaluation is a result of the review of Government's procurement system initiated by the Minister for Finance & Services, the Hon. Greg Pearce MLC. A priority of the review is to cut red tape associated with Government procurement, to streamline participation requirements for suppliers to Government, and to promote opportunities for small to medium enterprise suppliers to access Government procurement opportunities.
