Since its inception in 1965, Nova Property Management is a local family operated management company in Volusia County, Florida, owned by Jerome Unatin, M.D. and managed by his brother Steven Unatin, consisting of one residential community, commercial office and retail shopping centers, industrial business parks, and land development. Extensive market knowledge and geographical assessment in Volusia County by an experienced staff has allowed our company to successfully attain the goal of developing quality real estate projects that enhance each property's living and working environment. Our management's top priority is to ensure excellence in the focus of tenant needs and building maintenance.
