Oakwood Builders-Inspections Division is a premier home inspection company located in Southwest Florida. Founded by Master Builder/Remodeler Gary L. Eisinger who holds Florida State Certified Licenses in Home Inspections (HI-1887) Mold Assessment (MRSA 559) Mold Remediation (MRSR 565) and is a Florida State Certified General Contractor (CGC 1506624). We are aslo uniquely qualified to perform Florida State Wind Mitigation Inspections for all Florida insurance companies by completion of the training program put on by the consulting firm of William H.York. Citizens Insurance Company, which is owned by the U.S. government, started this program to eliminate inaccuracies and errors that were occuring in the inspections, and to standardize the procedure.
