NYEC is the translator between practitioners and policymakers, through meetings, convenings, calls, and working groups... NYEC, along with Heartland Alliance, CLASP and several other national organizations are working on a bi-partisan basis with Congress, the Biden Administration, other stakeholders to shape federal recovery packages.
