We will be closing the business over the next few months and finishing the work we currently have under contract. This spring, after living in the foothills of eastern Madera County most of our adult lives, my wife Mary and I will be moving to the breathtakingly beautiful Bitterroot Valley of western Montana to be near our daughter. We are looking forward to this exciting new chapter in our lives... Odell Planning & Research, Inc. provides planning and environmental consulting services to California public agencies, with an emphasis on school districts and community college districts. We are a small firm by design and have been in business for over 40 years providing responsive personal service to our clients.
