David J. Kramer was born and raised in South Africa, and received his degree in the field of Construction Engineering from the University of Cape Town in 1979. For the past 30 years, David has worked on building and development projects in the United States and overseas, expanding his experience from office and commercial construction to high-end custom residential properties. Oakhurst Builders, Inc., established in July 1990, is a full service construction firm based in Solana Beach, California. While Oakhurst is experienced in all aspects of construction, the company is geared toward the new custom estate home and specialty commercial markets. David is well noted in the building industry for his warmth, his personal client attention, and his meticulous attention to detail.
