The firm was established in 1976. The firm's principals and associates are licensed civil and structural engineers, who are recognized experts in their fields and have written numerous papers and articles on civil and structural engineering. In 1996, our outstanding engineering of the Fox Studios facilities in Rosarito, Mexico, which included the world's largest inland tank, enabled Director, James Cameron to complete the enormously successful movie, "Titanic".
